I have been a member since 2008 enrolling me, my husband, and my 2 grown daughters for the past 11 years. We have used roadside assistance a handful of times. When we had an unusual situation occur they refused to help. My daughter's husband had locked his keys out of the car while my daughter was 3 hours away and I was an hour away so they refused to open the car unless I purchased another membership for him. If we had traveled to the location they would have come?? How does this make any common sense? And where is your costumer service for loyal customers. Needless to say, I am through with AAA.

Ordered AAA, and then decided to cancel it (I decided to receive this service through my insurance) within 5 minutes. The funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. First they lied and stated that I had received services (within the five minutes, to prevent a refund), and we had to prove that it was not true. Next they (AAA) stated that it would take 5-7 days to receive the refund. When I did not receive the refund within that time frame, We were then informed that it would take 10 business days to receive the refund. When I did not receive the refund within that time period, we were then informed that it takes up to 14 "business days". It took AAA "2 seconds" to remove the funds from my account, but they are "very slow" when it comes to returning your refund. The "14 business days" will be up shortly, and hopefully my refund will be returned to my account. Tired of the run-around.

I broke down on I 196 yesterday, got a tow to not only my hotel, but to garage, these guys got it done. I stayed overnight, but was back home in Indiana before 3 pm the next day. They also picked me up at my hotel, (16 miles away) and hauled some gear that I needed. They went out of there way to do the right thing, and the costs of the repairs were very reasonable! I was aaa auto insurance member from last 3year and pay by annually in full recently I added my wife in insurance they told it will be come in next bill because I have to renew my insurance in 2 months but before that they cancel my insurance saying that you didn't pay for additional drive I already paid full till may but they cancel it in March and said you have to write again whole application and they charge me tripal amount because I start it again whole application everything is new so they charge me 900$ per month for 2 car even not full insurance liability for my 1 car that's rediculas they don't like to take care of loyal customers. Even it's their fault

I had a loose battery cable and my car wouldn't start up. I called for a tow truck, and the driver, Charles was very helpful and informative and ended up helping me fix my problem and ended up not even needing it towed in the end. He made sure my car would start up again and made me test drive it before he would leave me alone with it. He made me feel so much better about my car problem and was instrumental in fixing it.

The tow truck driver was very kind and helpful. This complaint is not about him it is about The service I received fromAAA. My car was towed earlier today from my breakdown location to a mechanic shop.However,where the tow truck driver parked it, it was inaccessible to the mechanic shop.I called to see if they could get the tow truck to move it in wave the service so it would not count as one of my tows and the AAArepresentative refused to allow that.I feel that this is absolutely the most unprofessional way to handle the situation.It was obviously not my fault where the tow truck put the car, he should have known to put it in a place that was accessible to the mechanic if he was dropping it off for the mechanic.The fact that it was not put in an accessible place should be enough to get a complementary tow order to correct The mistake.The whole point of getting the car towed to the place it was, was so that the mechanic could get to it.I am very unhappy with the way this was handled

I had AAA a little over a year now. Being a AAA member is great. The benefits are awesome. If I ever had a flat or get locked out of my car all I would have to do is call AAA and they will come help me out. Not only do they have road side assistance, but they have other great benefits as well. I can order event tickets at a discounted price. I can shop online at some of my favorite places to shop and receive 10-25 percent discount off my order! I can also order food at restaurants and if I show them my AAA card I will receive 10% off of my bill. I encourage everyone that doesn't have AAA to go get it, because the benefits are amazing.
