Triple A bad customer service
I have been a member since 2008 enrolling me, my husband, and my 2 grown daughters for the past 11 years. We have used roadside assistance a handful of times. When we had an unusual situation occur they refused to help. My daughter's husband had locked his keys out of the car while my daughter was 3 hours away and I was an hour away so they refused to open the car unless I purchased another membership for him. If we had traveled to the location they would have come?? How does this make any common sense? And where is your costumer service for loyal customers. Needless to say, I am through with AAA.
