I have suffered from moderate acne for most of my life. I had tried a lot of different products throughout high school, none of which ultimately worked. I thought I had finally found a solution only to be disappointed when my acne would return. This product made by a man who completely understands acne cause it contains several properties that make it very desirable. It is non comedongeic, free from irritating scents, and it is very cost effective. The problem with this is that you need to buy bulk, or else the shipping cost makes it not very cost effective at all. This works pretty well. Does not try your skin, and helps with clearing your acne. You have to be very careful and not get this on your clothing at all because this is like a bleach and you will discolor your fabrics. You need a moisturizer after use. This comes in a big bottle, but the texture is nice and smooth. It helped with my acne when I was in my teens and I would buy this again. This product is simply fantastic. When used properly alongside the suggested Regiment it does a awesome job of clearing out acne. This product is 2% but don't be fooled, as Dan explains research has demonstrated that 2% benz. peroxide is just as effective as higher more common percentages. Plus you get the benefit of reducing the occurrence of the "peeling effect: the red irritated level of skin" that is typical of using benz. peroxide. Remember with any regiment your goal should be to reduce irritation, because irritation leads to acne. When used correctly with moisturizer and applied daily you will get results. Just remember this is a system and it has to be used as advised. If you stop for one day then you have effectively wasted a week. Stay strong and use the product. On a last note the product is composed of a gel, not a cream which means it absorbs easily into the skin unlike other products. Not to mention the cost of the product is so CHEAP when compared to any other benz. products. You should give it a chance, for its low cost it is totally worth it. I still use it to this day. Side Effects Benz. Can lead to the peeling effect which is not ideal. As your skin gets experienced to the product it will occur less frequently. Refer to the "regiment" for more information.

This stuff really helped clean up my skin. I didn't have bad acne as a teen, but it seems like the older I get the worse my face ends up. I started researching products and had tried tons of others, when I found this brand. I don't use the moisturizer, but the combination of this face wash, and the after gel, clears my face up reliably. I can't use it as often as it recommends b/c my skin is so sensitive, but twice a week works pretty amazing for me! It lasts forever too, making it worth the price! I love the pump bottle in the shower.

The Acne.org treatment gel is great for clearing up acne and getting rid of blemishes caused by acen. I have suffered from acne all my life and I have tried every product under the sun, however acne.org offered not only great advice for treating acne on their website but also great products to help you end you lifelong fight against acne. It is reasonably priced and you can tell the developers have really researched the best way to treat acne and this treatment comes with step by step instructions on what to do to get the best results. I will say that in the beginning this treatment will make your skin peel (like most sacylic acid containing treatments) however acne.org recommends using their moisturizer along with jojoba oil which I have been using and my skin stays moisturized. All I can say is that as long as you follow the instructions you should experience clearer, healthier skin in no time!

This is an extremely effective product for both treating and preventing acne.  Use this stuff every day whether you have any zits at the moment or not. The most important part of dealing with acne is preventing breakouts from occuring. If you apply this product - preferably morning and night - it will minimize acne out breaks very well. Although the price may seem high, compare it to the little half ounce or so size tubes of Benzoyle Peroxide you typically find in stores and you'll see you are getting a much better price. One word of caution, Benzoyle Peroxide has bleaching properties so make sure it doesn't come in contact with any colored clothing or pillow cases.

When I was about 20 I started breaking out pretty bad.  After over a year of trying everything I could think of I decided to do some hardcore research.  I spent hours on the internet reading reviews and stories about what worked and what didn't, and that's when I found acne.org.  I was convinced it would work based on all of the stories I had read of people's success with it.  I ordered the products from acne.org right away and was so excited to get started.  As soon as they came I started the regimine exactly as described on the acne.org website.  After a couple of weeks, my skin was noticably clearer.  Sure I had redness and dryness, which was no fun, but it didn't last past the effectiveness of the product.  Once my skin was used to the product I didn't have any problems with those effects.  I now use it every day and have clearer skin than when I was in high school.  I get compliments on my skin constantly.  I used to use a lot of the product, when I first was clearing up my skin, but not that I'm clear I just have to use a little bit to keep my skin clear.  It looks so good, I hardly have to wear foundation!

I bought some of this treatment gel about 6 months ago to help control my acne breakouts. It has worked out pretty good so far. I used to get cysts pretty much one right after another. They were horrible lasting for a week or two. I did some online research and came across this acne.org website. I ordered a bottle to try out. It cleared up my skin within a month and I never get cysts anymore. It doesn't dry out my skin either as I use it with the moisturizer as well. This treatment is well worth the money in my opinion. It is gel based benzoyl peroxide and I haven't heard good things about that ingredient but for now it helps me not to scar anymore than I already have. Comes in a pump style bottle to pump out the perfect amount. I get pimples every now and then but no where like they used to be. I will continue to use this until I feel like my acne can be control on its own without the use of chemicals.
