This is by far the best cold/sinus product I've used. I recommend it to everyone I know. If you can't afford to get sick and need a fast remedy, I cannot say enough about this product. It just works.

Advil is a brand I trust when I'm not feeling well, and the Advil Cold & Sinus Caplets is a great product. Ingredients in the Advil Cold and Sinus Caplets are Ibuprofen (pain/fever reducer), and(Pseudoephedrine HCI (nasal decongestant) It's meant to relieve sinus and cold symptoms such as headache, sinus pressure, nasal congestion, and minor aches & body pains. I find the Advil Cold and Sinus works great to relieve any cold, allergy, and sinus infection symptoms that I have. I will say it again, and again, and again, it's amazing for people who suffer from allergies that end up making you sick. I have always suffered from terribly allergy symptoms and sinus infections. This helps to get rid of all that. It got rid of the pressure that I had in my nose and sinuses, and got rid of most of my nasal congestion. Because I wasn't having anymore nasal congestion, I wasn't getting anymore nasal drip, and painful chest congestion. My head hurt terribly and this gave me fast relief. Sinus infections make my body hurt badly, and this gets rid of most of that pain. It made it easier to breathe, and made me feel more relaxed. I would definitely recommend this for sinus/allergy/cold suffers, and it's great to use year round. Congestion Relief It is a great nasal decongestant, and it made it easier to breathe through my nose. It got rid of the excess mucus stuck in my nasal passages. Chest Congestion Relief It did not have any chest congestion relief. Relief of Aches & Pains It has Ibuprofen which helped to relieve my sinus pressure and headache. I felt like my sinuses were less swollen and red. It definitely worked well in making all the pressure I felt go down. Even though my fever was still there, it made it go down a lot. Cough Suppression Does not have any cough suppressing ingredients in it. But it made me cough less though because it helped to relieve my congestion.

I used the Advil Cold and Sinus Caplets sometimes in January when I had cold. I found it very effective because it really worked wonders for me. I used it for like three days and I must say that I was relieved the very next day. All my nasal congestion disappeared like magic and I whatever chest congestion melted like wax. We all know that aches, pains and cough usually accompany cold. This drug removed the pains and aches and within three days, I was back to my normal self. Although the cough lingered around more than the others but the intensity of the cough too reduced significantly. This product is good for cold, cough and runny noses although I can't tell if it works for sore throat because I have never used it for that before. I will definitely recommend it for nasal and chest congestion as well as for cough. I can't tell if it will work for sore throats too.

If you're looking for something that isn't super expensive I would say this is a decent over the counter medication to use. One of the main ingredients is pseudoephedrine which is by far the best thing to use for sinus pressure and congestion. If that's your main symptom, certainly give this a try. It breaks everything up and gets rid of it so you can actually breath again and so you don't feel like your head is heavy or going to explode. It's also good if you're having a sore throat or aches and pains because the pain reliever in it helps counter it. Congestion Relief The pseudoephedrine is the best thing to take for congestion and pressure relief. Personally, when I get congestion and pressure it's really bad so I end up getting a different over the counter medication with a higher dose of that active ingredient (like aleve d or Sudafed 24) because the advil cold and sinus only has 30 mg of it (compared to the others which are more than double that). Relief of Aches & Pains The one plus side to using this compared to something with ONLY pseudoephedrine is that is also has the pain reliever in it so you're only taking 1 medication for multiple things compared to taking two separate medications (one med for each symptom).

Over the past month I have been troubled with both allergy symptoms and sinus issues. In hope of not having to go to the doctor's office, I have been trying various OTC medications to alleviate the pressure and the sneezing. These tablets are some of the best I have used. They stopped my itchy nose and throat while alleviating the pressure in my ears and behind my eyes. Please be aware that these tablets do contain a pain reliever so be cautious when taking extra pills. I actually passed some of these on to my father who also was having sinus issues. Within a day of dosing he reported an easing of symptoms and his sinus headache was gone. Congestion Relief I did have to take an extra pill in the beginning when my symptoms were at their worst. Since these pills contain a pain reliever I made sure not to take an extra pills. I had relief within twenty four hours. Chest Congestion Relief I was mainly looking to get relief from the unrelenting sinus pressure in my face and head. I did not have the usual cough that I get with every cold and sinus troubles. Relief of Aches & Pains The relentless sinus pressure was driving me crazy and I was unable to get a good night's sleep. This alleviated that pressure and allowed me to be able to rest. Cough Suppression I was not troubled with a cough when I was taking this medicine. I must say that having my sinuses clear up before it could drain down into my throat and chest allowed me to not be troubled with the coughing fits.

Advil Cold & Sinus Caplets don't work as well as I thought they would. I liked the way this product cleared up the congestion I had. I find it hard to breathe sometimes when I have a really bad cold. This product relieved the congestion I felt pretty fast. It dried out my sinuses, but not in a bad way like other products can. However, it didn't do much for the rest of my cold symptoms. I coughed a lot and had a sore throat. It didn't help me sleep either. When I'm sick, I need my rest. It got rid of my runny nose symptoms, which can be annoying. I don't like the caplets. They aren't that big, but they are hard to swallow. I'm one of those people who doesn't like to swallow pills. I wish the coating was better. These caplets take a while to work as well. Also, some of the ingredients in this product aren't good for the liver. You don't get a lot in the package for the amount of money you spend. I only buy these on sale and with a coupon. You can find a really good deal if you buy it from a price club. The packaging is cute and easy to open. "Advil Cold & Sinus Caplets" will help you with congestion and a runny nose, but not much else.

Advil is second to none for sinus congestion! Congestion Relief I absolutely love Advil Cold and Sinus for when I have sinus infections, headaches, and congestion. There is nothing that works better for me. Even though the price is a little steep compared to other cold medicine type products, this product is really worth it. I always feel much better, though do have to blow my nose a lot due to my sinuses draining. Chest Congestion Relief The elephant that sits on my chest when I have a cold is always lifted when I use this product. Relief of Aches & Pains This is the best part of this medication. I have very good relief from headaches and body aches associated with my colds and sinus problems with Advil Cold and SInus. Cough Suppression As far as coughing is concerned, I usually take a specific cough suppressant medication rather than just relying on this Advil product. But overall, this product is a hands down winner for colds, and cold associated congestion, pain, and runny nose.

I have a hard time taking alot of medicines as I have allergic reactions to most of them. When Advil came out with a sinus medication I was extremely happy as most other OTC medicines contain acetaminophen which I am highly allergic to. I had to always suffer from sinus congestion prior to Advil making a product. Congestion Relief Was very happy and within 24 hours I had relief from my sinus congestion and pressure. I didn't have to take more than 2 days worth of medicine. Less medicine as long as it works is always best in my opinion. Chest Congestion Relief I didn't find that it was truly helpful aiding in my chest congestion but figured it was better than nothing.. Relief of Aches & Pains Right amount of pain reliever plus it kept my fever down. I did not have to take any additional pain reliever with this product. Cough Suppression Did not find that it really helped with my cough, though I did find that the ingredients which helped my congestion and stopped me from draining did overall make me cough less.

I have tried a bunch of different kinds of over-the-counter medicine for colds, and this is the best one I have found. It works fast and you can actually tell that it's working. I notice my cold getting better after just the first dose, as to other brands I've tried I could finish off the entire box and not really feel much different. Congestion Relief This is really quick at relieving congestion. You will notice relief after the first dose and by the second dose you will be feeling a ton better. It kicks in within a matter of 30 minutes normally, so I didn't have to wait for hours before I started feeling better. Chest Congestion Relief It is fast at relieving your chest congestion as well. You can tell everything is loosening up after only one dose, and pretty quickly. It will give you relief to be able to function with a severe cold. Relief of Aches & Pains It is really good at relieving your aches and pains involved with having a cold or sinus problems. It will help relieve the pressure in your sinuses, sinus headaches, and body aches from your cold. Cough Suppression It's ok at helping suppress your coughs, but it's not great. It's good at all the rest of the stuff you need it for, but for coughs I would stick with something else. This isn't as strong of a cough relief as others are.
