Amazing product! Absorbs in my skin so effortlessly! My skin felt more moisturized without looking and feeling oily! I loved it so much I got one for my mom!

I ran out of my usual daily AM moisturizer with sunscreen, but I received the Algenist from my sister a couple months ago (my YOUNGER sister, thanks) because she really likes Algenist products. I do not have sensitive skin, it is a bit dryer in the winter, but I know that Algenist has become a very popular brand with good reviews in the last year or so. I noted that it has an SPF of only 20. It is winter in the DC Suburbs so 20 is probably sufficient. If I lived in a warmer climate or it was summer I would absolutely need another SPF product over this one. My regular moisturizer has SPF 50. The Algenist cream feels rich, but absorbs quickly with no sticky or oily residue. I do use it over a serum so I give the serum a couple of minutes to absorb first. I think a little of the Algenist goes a long way. I have been using it for about three weeks now and my skin looks great. No, I don't look 20 years younger, but the texture and clarity of the skin on my face and neck is as good if not better than it has been. Algenist is not an inexpensive product, but it falls within the price range I am willing to pay when I see results. I think I will turn to this one in the cooler months, but return to the other moisturizer I like when the temps go up. Given that I have absolutely no tightness of skin after applying this product I think it might be a little heavy (but SPF deficient) for the summer.

I recieved a sample of Algenist Regenerative Anti-aging Moisturizer and was excited to try it to help with my dry, sensitive skin, and wrinkles. The consistency of the lotion is ok. It is not as thick as I like but the lotion absorbed quickly into my skin without much rubbing, and left my skin feelng well hydrated and smooth. Due to the thin consistency i felt like i had to apply more than I would with a thicker lotion so my sample did not last as long as i hoped. I did not see any difference in my wrinkles but maybe it's because i only had a sample size and i need to give the lotion more of a chance to work. The lotion did help take away my dry spots, but like I said before I had to apply a lot of lotion. Some positives about the lotion are that it did not clog my pores or cause any breakouts. The packaging is also a plus and makes it easy to get out the lotion. The lotion also has a nice clean scent. Overall I would not buy this product. It is too much money for the little benefits that it gave my skin.

This anti-aging cream is the best! It is my favorite in any season, although I am especially benefiting from its effects during the winter months. My skin feels more protected from environmental stressors. I am only twenty-six but I have suffered for years from adult acne, dull skin, and fine lines due to stress. This product has not only brightened, tightened, and re-texturized my skin's surface, but it has also cleared up my complexion! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to reverse or prevent signs of aging. The price point may be a bit higher than what most people are willing to pay for a skin cream, but it is so worth it, and a little goes a long way. Absorption This cream absorbs flawlessly into the skin, making it a perfect first step in a makeup routine. The surface of the skin feels softer and smoother within seconds of applying and doesn't become oily or dry throughout the day. Doesn't Clog Pores This cream never leaves skin feeling greasy, oily or clogged in any way.

I received a deluxe size sample of this from Birchbox and was really excited to use it for the tiny wrinkle near my eyes. Alas, I saw no improvement after using this diligently each night for about 3-4 weeks. The cream is really smooth and leaves my face refresh and hydrated after waking up. But that's all I can say about it as there's no improvement in the little lines around my eye corners. Maybe because I needed to use it for a longer period of time, or because the effectiveness of the ingredients wore off after a few times of opening the cap and dipping my fingers into the tube. Who knows but I certainly will not be purchasing a full size product any time soon (or at least until they upgrade the unhygienic jar design to a tube and lower the price tag lol). On a related note, my mother received this as a gift from a relative and she really enjoyed its moisturizing properties and claimed it did soften out the lines on her face. I personally do not recommend this unless you have extra cash to blow.

I really love this moisturizer because it has no smell. It absorbs very quickly and you can use it day and night. I find that it gives you the perfect amount of moisture to be able to wear it at anytime. I use it sparginly under my eyes and I can tell a difference in just a week. This will be my go to anti-aging moisturizer. The only con would be is that I find it a little expensive. I guess that if it works then it is worth it. Absorption Absorbs very quickly and can put makeup over it with ease. Doesn't Clog Pores I have ance prone and sensitive skin and this does not break out my face at all. I feel like it helps the reddness in my cheeks. Effectiveness I saw results in about a week.

I had never tried Algenist Regenerative Anti-Aging Moisturizer but had head that it was a good product. I love how it isn't greasy when I apply it to the face and it absorbs very quickly. I've tried almost everything on the market in regard to anti-aging and products to eliminate wrinkles and fine lines. At 59, I have plenty of them. Algenist actually made a difference! In a week, I was very surprised becuase I don't find many things that make a difference but I did find the more weeks that went by, my skin looked better.
