Overall it works and quite well but it's frustrating to deal with. If you don't hold your nose up right or your head in the right position, the liquid just runs out which is nasty. Sometimes it's hard to hold your nose when you are not feeling well which makes it even more difficult. I tried to hold my nose and use it like you are supposed to, but it's still difficult. Effectiveness It's pretty effective at making you feel better and not so stopped up during a sinus infection or runny nose, or stopped up nose. It works best with nose symptoms rather than anything else. Honestly I don't know that I would use it for any other types of symptoms. Ease of Use It's not that easy to use, trying to squirt this liquid in your nose is difficult. Then it starts to run out of your nose if you aren't careful. Immediacy It takes a few minutes but then you can tell a difference. It really starts to work and it is quite strong also. I highly recommend for symptoms to deal with your nost.

I have severe allergies that I always have to have medication for and this is a very good nasal spray for the price. I have tried many different generics and many of them suffer because they are cheaper. This one however does not. Effectiveness I have used many different generic nasal sprays and it seems like they suffer because they are generics. This one however does not suffer because of the price. I have very severe allergies and this is one of the many products that actually help with those allergies. Ease of Use This is a very easy to use product with very easy to follow instructions. Immediacy This is a product that works as soon as you take it! It helps with my allergies immediatly when you take it. I love the quickness of this product.
