I want to first start out by saying that there really isn't an aveda hair care product that I don't like.  Some I just think are a lot better then what else is out there!  This shampoo is one of those amazing products that helped me out.  I like to color my hair.  Okay I really really love coloring my hair at home and it doesn't always turn out the way I want it to.  I was going for blonde, but I forgot that underneath the brown hair I had was red dye from before.  So I went to lighten my hair color and ended up with orange.  Yes bright orange hair.   I used this shampoo and the conditioner on my hair everyday and after about a week my orange hair had toned down into a much more natural looking blondish shade.  I loved the way this shampoo smelled and I really appreciated that I didn't have to make my hair fall out by dying it yet again.  Thank you!  So if you color your hair a lot.  I would keep this around to safely tone your hair!
