I have always loved Avon lipstick, all types, and I came to know which colors were best for me. The only thing I didn't like was when they discontinued a favorite color. Be that as it may, I thought I would try their new Pro-To-Go lipstick in a really cool self-case. All you have to do is pull the little tab down and the top opens and the lipstick comes out. Then just push the tab back in place and it closes automatically. It's a slim case which fits beautifully in my purse. No top to come off and I can apply my lipstick with one hand on the go. The only reason I only gave it three stars was because of a design flaw. The way the lipstick is in the case makes you have to watch out for the cover, which is in the way, when you apply the lipstick. If the lipstick had been turned the other way, it would have been much easier to apply-even without looking! I think they were so focused on using your thumb to open the case that I could have done just as well with my finger. I didn't have any problems with breakage, as some people did, but I am so very careful with everything, and never really used it much because of the poor design. I would give five stars for the lipstick, itself, as it is Avon's same great lipstick product.

I noticed the Avon Pro-To-Go lipstick on sale when I was making a purchase from the website and decided to give it a try.  I absolutely love the tube applicator which pops open when you slide the bar on the side up.  The lipstick is sheer and glides smoothly on your lips.  It has a light, fruity fragrance which is very pleasant.  It is neither greasy nor sticky.  What I don't like is the color I ended up with.  It was much, much, MUCH brighter than it appeared on my computer monitor (thank goodness it is sheer and not matte!).  I don't feel that I can wear the color by itself so I have to wear it either over a darker color or under a neutral lipstick.  If I were to purchase this lipstick again I would have to drive to the Avon store to see the colors in person since the shades don't seem to match up with what you see on the computer screen.  Since the Avon store is out of the way for me, I probably won't be buying this lipstick again unless I drive over to that neighborhood to go to a nearby store.  This is the one problem with Avon since it cannot be purchased in normal stores.

I love this lipstick! It's handy, it goes on smooth, and they have very pretty soft colors. I use the Coral and Pink Passion the most, because I have a fairly light skin tone and it looks very nice. My other friends use other colors based on their skin tones and it suits them well. I haven't had any problems with smearing or flaking and it holds on for about 7 hours before I need to reapply. I usually put a dab of clear glitter lip gloss over it, giving it a shimmer, instead of the matte look it has by itself. At first I wasn't too thrilled about seeing the limited colors they had, but I decided to try it and found that there is a lot of room to play around with the colors. The one hand sliding concept is awesome, I can apply the lipstick very fast, and in almost any situation. I am very impressed with this product. I use no other lipstick besides this one. I hope Avon never discontinues it! The only thing thing that I find negative about it is I have had a few in the past that broke, you have to be gentle with the slider, or it messes up. Otherwise its fine

I love this new innovative lipstick from AVON called Pro-To-Go Lipstick. How cool is it that you just push up on the button and glide the smooth lipstick over your lips and then slide the button back down again. It comes in a lot of different, beautiful colors to suit a lot of different people's skin tones and complexions. I have found it to be reasonably priced for this type of lipstick. There is usually a sale on it that I find in the brochures and on-line that I believe fit even the smallest beauty budget. Compared to other lipsticks at the department stores which can be outrageously priced for a lipstick, this AVON Pro-To-Go Lipstick is an awesome, over-the-top product. I have ordered several colors for myself and also as a gift for my family and friends. They all seemed to like it as much as I do. I would highly recommend this product to any female that is beauty-budget minded and likes to try a new product.

I really enjoy this lipstick.  I absolutely love the shade i chose, golden plum, and its a great lip stick.  The one handed application is a great idea while on the go and I have had no problems with it at all.  And Avon does have great customer service and return policy.  If you are ever unsatisfied with a product, just contact an Avon representative directly and they will take care of the return or exchange for you and it would cost you nothing. I work for Avon as a representative so i really  know how this all works and extend the best customer service i can to all my clients.

I bought this Avon Pro-To-Go lipstick for 5.99 on special and I'm very glad that it did not cost me more because after 3 applications the item does not work . you cannot get the lipstick to roll up and the metal sleeve does not roll down so you cant apply the lipstick .  I have had no luck with Avon customer service . My invoice said it may not be necessary to return the product for refund and I do not want to pay out another 2.50 to send it back only to get a 5.99 refund. I was told by there phone customer service that they are behind 6 months in answering emails because they only have 2 girls doing them. Well thats not not my problem . she was not helpful and told me to send the item back . I told her that the invoice says I may not need to send the item back to get a refund and she said in my case I would need to send it back to them at my expense.  buyer beware . its such a shame because I like most Avon products but with this kind of service I don't want to take anymore chances with them .So after getting taken 3 times I will not be shopping with them again .
