I really like Barlean products. I did some research and found they carried this product which is unrefinied flaxseed oil (organic) and organic evening primrose oil - both very helpful with hot flashes and night sweats. It also has lignans for hormone and breast health and soy isoflavones which also help with menopause, PMS, support bone - heart & breast health. You can take from 3 to 9 a day. I am taking 6 a day and has really reduced the hot flashes. My girlfriend has also tried it and has really helped her too. You might want to research this product and give it a try.
