The smell of their lotion with Anti-Bacterial goodness.

I got Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial HandiBac Moisturizing Hand Lotion in the japanese cherry blossom scent because I love the smell of it in a perfume and lotion, and I am a big fan of anti-bacteria hand washes. I was so stoked to see this product in stores, and had to buy it. I keep this stuff in my purse and I use it as an alternative to Germ-X during the winter months because that stuff is murder on my hands (And because of flu season I end up using a TON more of it than I normally would). This stuff kept the flu away, and it kept my hands soft as could be! Scent LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this scent. It smells exactly like their Japanese Cherry Blossom lotion, which is wonderfully exotic and floral. Absorption This stuff absorbs pretty quickly in to the skin. It does not take long for the product to work its way in to the skin. It does not leave the skin feeling greasy, or sticky either. Effectiveness This product was SUPER effective for me and I will be buying it for all future winter seasons.

Bath & Body Works Hand Lotion

When I was in Bath & Body Works, the sales lady convinced me that this was their most popular lotion fragrance. I smelled of it in the store, and I really like it too. I though it would be good to keep in my purse because it's anti-bacterial. It was flu season, and I was paranoid about catching something. I put some of the lotion on when I got home, and I realized it smelled really strong! The smell was much stronger on my hands than it was in the bottle. Even though it was a nice smell, it was too strong, and it was giving me a headache. When I got home, my husband even commented on the smell, and he never complains about anything I wear. I did notice that my hands felt silky smooth all day, but I couldn't handle the smell. I gave it to a friend who really likes it. This hand lotion might be alright for someone who can handle the scent because it really does a great job at moisturizing.

I received Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial HandiBac Moisturizing Hand Lotion with Japanese Cherry Blossom scent as a gift. I quickly determined it is definitely not my kind of lotion. Scent I hate this scent. It is too perfumy and floral for my taste. I prefer citrus scents that are not too strong. The cherry blossom scent of this lotion was sharp and overwhelming. With the handiback, I also get a strong alcohol scent which I don't appreciate. Absorption I've found that all of the Bath & Body works moisturizers tend to leave my skin feeling oily, even after a ton of time spent trying to rub it in. This one was no exception. Effectiveness The moisturizer does seem to work. I have no way of telling if the antibacterial part is working. In general, however, I would not recommend this product for anyone that doesn't like strong floral scents or oily hands.

Best-smelling lotion ever

4

Bath and Body Works products are always my go-to lotion for general purposes (i.e. when my skin is not currently dry, etc) I find that all the scents featured by this brand are the best-smelling scents I have ever encountered. These do a great job in keeping your body's skin hydrated and feeling smooth and soft. Not only that, but these are often infused with oils and aloe or vitamins to provide your skin with extra nutrients. One complaint I have with products from this company is that these lotions can at times seem somewhat oily and therefore leave an uncomfortable oily residue on your hands after application. Aside from that, I do not have anything else negative to say about this product. It does its job and makes your skin feel fresh and healthy. Also, the stores often run promotions, therefore making these products much more affordable. You can never have too many bottles of these lying around.

Bath and body works hand lotion review

The type of job I do requires me to wash my hand very often and that constant washing always leads to very dry hands. I am always looking for a new and effective hand lotion or cream to try. One day there was a big sale going on at Bath & Body Works and I wanted to take advantage of it and get most of the items I use. I did not have hand lotion on my list for that day but the price was so good to ignore so I decided to buy the Bath & body works anti-bacterial handbac moisturizing hand lotion and this thing smells so wonderfully good, I am always tempted to keep smelling my palm whenever I apply it. I like that it is not very chunky and greasy and it goes on smooth. Also it does moisturize well and makes the palm softer to touch. I have noticed this much difference just in a short while of using it and I have gone back to Bath & Body Works again and again to get the same product. I have recommended it to my friends and they all have nice things to say about it. Give it a try and you will love it too.

Bath and Body Works Anti- Bacterial Hand Lotion

I love Bath and Body Works products. They all smell so good! Japanese Cherry Blossom is one of my favorite scents. I LOVE the idea of having an anti bacterial hand lotion. I usually use anti bacterial hand sanitizer and then apply hand lotion so this way I can use one product AND I love the scent! My hands are clean, soft, and smell good all at the same time. Scent The Japanese Cherry Blossom is one of my favorite scents. I love hand lotions that smell good. And I love using hand sanitizer when I am unable to wash my hands right away, so this is the best of both worlds. Absorption The Bath and Body Works lotions all absorb well for me and don't leave my hands or body feeling greasy. I hate greasy hand lotions and lotions that take a long time to absorb. The Bath and Body Works works great and smells fantastic! Effectiveness The Bath and Body Works hand lotion works great to sanitize my hands and makes them smell great at the same time. The lotions absorbs quickly and the scent lasts a long time.

Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial Moisturizing Hand Lotion

Bath & Body Works is my favorite for their Triple Moisture Body Cream, but I wanted a lighter lotion so I tried their body lotion. I work in the medical field, and am aware of the anti-bacterials may not be as effective as was initially believed. However, I used this lotion not for its anti-bacterial properties, but for its effects on my dry skin, since I have to wash my hands many times a day at work, and Bath & Body Work's Tripe Moisture Cream was a little too greasy when reapplying that often. This lotion fit that need perfectly. The scent is light to medium and not too overpowering, and the smaller size fits in my scrubs pants pocket. The lotion slides on easily and completely sinks into my skin, unlike some lotions that "pill up" or form little white balls on the skin. The price is usually a little high for my budget but Bath & Body Works does offer a lot of sales and coupons if you sign up for their emails. I would recommend the body lotion for day use and the triple body moisture cream for night.

Won't use this product again since it has antibacterial in it

Bath and Body removed the antibacterial product from most if not all of their hand sanitizing products a few years ago. But it seems that they still have a few more to go. It has been recommended for awhile now not to use antibacterial products for everyday use. I believe most people use their lotions pretty much everyday. They do have other lotions that do not have the antibacterial agent in it and would be a better option. If you need to use a hand Sanitizer they do have other options. I also find that this particular product is also not as long lasting in keeping my hands hydrated. The fragrance on this one is also a bit too strong for me. Scent For me the fragrance is a bit too strong. They do have other lotions in the store that are not as over powering that I would use Absorption It does absorb in to you skin fine, just not long lasting. Effectiveness I find that after just a short time my hands seem to need more lotion. It maybe the antibacterial product? I don't find it as bad in some of their other lotions.

Keeps skin moisturized, but I don't love the scent.

I really like Bath & Body Products, but I am not the biggest fan of the Anti-Bacterial HandiBac Moisturizing Hand Lotion in the Japanese Cherry Blossom Scent. The lotion works well to keep my skin from getting dried out, but I don't think it works as well as some other brands. It's more of a lotion that you use for the scent. When I used this lotion, I applied a small amount, and it soaked into my skin really easily. It didn't leave my skin feeling oily at all. It's important that you don't use too much of this lotion, because it really goes a long way. The reason I didn't love this lotion was because the scent was a little strong for me. I typically am not a fan of floral scents, so this was the main reason I didn't like this lotion. I would definitely try it again in a different scent that wasn't as overpowering. This lotion is really affordable, and you can normally get discounts for purchases made at Bath & Body Works. There are also a lot of Bath & Body Works stores in malls, so it's easy to find the lotion that way or through their online website. Scent This scent is too strong for me.

Antibacterial Lotion not my favorite from Bath & Body Works

3

I will start by saying that I am an avid fan of all things Bath & Body Works. Well, I guess all things except their antibacterial moisturizing hand lotion. I received a small tube of this as a gift and was excited to try it. I love the Japanese Cherry Blossom scent in other products, and it smelled just great in this lotion as well. My problem was with the formulation of this lotion. To me, it was very sticky and did not go on that well. I do like that it has antibacterial properties, but I would rather just use the straight up antibacterial gel from Bath & Body Works and then use a regular lotion later. Combining the two products into one did not work out that well for them in my opinion. It just leaves a very strange feeling behind on my hands that was very annoying. It was kind of sticky and kind of slimy feeling at the same time. I don't think I would be able to recommend this product until they improve the formula.
