This is the fryer that our group of friends have purchased to take when we go on our annual camping trips. It's seen more than its fair use and definitely not something that is quite cheap. So, first note that this fits about 4 gallons in here, so be aware that this is a fairly large dryer. Note that this is powered by proprane. This is definitely an excellent fryer and at our parties, we woulld fry more than ten pounds of fish, chicken, and fries. It's a very fast frying and its a very good efficient fryer to be able to cook a large capactiy in a short period of time. You can exactly control the temperature so you know that you are able to get your food cooked to perfection. Shrimp is another thing that comes out excellent as well. The 2 baskets that were provided are excellent quality. It's not a quiet fryer and can be quite loud. You can re use the oil because the breading can sink to the bottom and never become reheated so you will not burn at all. If you cater, or serve a large group of people this is a must.
