I was tired of constantly sweeping than having to run a regular ol mop over my floors. With all the foot traffic, kids, and animals I seem to have to sweep several times a day. Then mopping almost every other day. It's tiring and takes forever! With the Bissell CrossWave All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac, 1785W, I've had absolutely NO problems or trouble! It leaves my floors cleaner than the mop! House smelling great! It's very easy to use and set up. You can buy multiple spin heads for it so you don't have to wait for the one you have to dry. The cord is so long I'm able to do my entire house without switching plug-ins!! It's great. Clean up is easy. Simply place the device back on the dock, poor a little water in the bottle, hit button to clean, poor the tank out when done! Easy as cake!

Now I don't have to lug the vacuum out then the mop or even better don't have to get on my hands and knees. We are obsessed with this device. We'd only every used traditional mops and the occasional swiffer before buying this and I thought my floors were clean. Well, guess again. W have hardwood floors and when I used this for the first time I was shocked! I'd just cleaned my floors 5 days prior with my traditional mop/bucket combo. The Crosswave collection container filed with what I determined to be mud. We were shocked to say the least. It took 3 passes before the water started to run clear, my mop was just pushing dirty water around. Now my floors have never looked better and the water in the collection container on a weekly basis is almost clear. A huge pro with the crosswise is that you don't even have to vacuum before using it, it can vacuum just like any other vacuum on the market and then mop it all up. Amazing.

I use my crosswave daily. My house is all laminate flooring and tile. Before the crosswave I probably spent at least 45 minutes sweeping and mopping my floors. Now I can do both at the same time In less than half of the time. I cannot believe how much dirt and hair this thing picks up off the floor. The suction is perfect, and my floors dry 5x faster than with using a traditional mop. The bucket is also very easy to empty and clean. The only cons I would be that it does not mop all the way to the baseboard their is about a 1/2in gap, And the replacement filters and Cleaning brushes are a bit pricey.

It is a great time saver! I use it on my wood floors ! I have 4 dogs and 2 cats in my home so I get alot of hair!! You do not have to sweep before using this product, but when if the floors are really dirty it makes your brush dirty quick, so when I'm not in a hurry I vacuum first then run this! You would not believe the amount of hair that you do not see that this picks up! My only cons would be the price of the refill cleaner is a bit pricey in my opinion and it doesn't do real well along trim!!
