Overall the product is good, but it could be better! Maneuverability Moves as well as needed - bit bulky in the head though so you will need to move furniture around to get into smaller spaces. Ease of Maintenance Theoretically this should be easy to clean - unclip, ditch the water, rinse, replace, but there is no real way to clean the insides of the machine so stale water will get stuck in there and consequently stink up your house when you run it next if you don't get in there and spend the time cleaning it right out from top to bottom each and every single time. Suction Performance It sucks well but could be much better! Versatility It does the job. Design Simple design, but needs a better way of cleaning out the inside! Durability A piece broke off of the side within 6 months and it isn't a replaceable part so I now can only use it for a while before it starts to spill out dirty water back onto my carpet, not good!!!!!

The Bissell Quicksteamer is ok! I guess it does what it can. I usually use it on my carpets for small markings and it picks up what it can. I didnt really pay for this product (I got it with points) so I cant be too upset with what was paid for it. But I wish it did a little more. It just steams (throws out the soapy water and then sucks it back in) and has small brushes on the bottom. So if you really want to get the spot up you have to keep going back and forth over the spot. I wish the brushes actually moved around that would help a lot more. But I have yet to really use it on hard floors, it probably does great for that. Other than that I am happy to have one for the clean up it does do.

I have the Bissell QuickSteamer PowerBrush 2070. It is a lightweight vacuum that easily fits in a small closet and is no problem to carry upstairs. The construction is average, but I have had no problems with parts breaking yet, so it seems adequate. One point I'd like to make... this is NOT a steamer despite the name. There is no heating element in this particular vacuum. If you need an actual steamer then this is not the model for you. It is also quite small and is in no way intended for whole-house cleaning. What it is intended for, and great at, is cleaning of small areas and moderate stains. I often use mine with great success in situations where something has been spilled or tracked onto the carpet and won't clean with hand spray. The Bissell may take quite a few passes, but manages to draw out the dirt and mess. I normally limit my attempted cleaning with this particular machine to about a 5 foot square area. Any larger would really take a long time and a more appropriate machine would be in order. The QuickSteamer PowerBrush helps me keep my new carpet looking great by avoiding spots and stains when they happen.

I bought this steamer once I saw my friend use it to clean up pet accidents on carpet.  It's inexpensive but does the work.  Our dog is house trained, but gets sick once in a while on the carpet, and this steamer cleans it up like new on our new carpet.  Great for small jobs, like kids tracking in dirt on the carpet, or for big jobs!

I lvoe the bissel steam mop!I and always afraid of the as seen on tv items,because i have found alot of them do not work as they show on tv,but the bissel steam mop works so good and its so easy to use.I have 3 grand kids and this is a time saver with all the spills.You throw the pads in the washer which is great.theres no need to scrub anything it steams all the dirt away!
