I only give Black and Decker an eight out of ten because this is simply a cheap juicer. The power is not all there and you have to take a ton of time prepping the fruits and vegetables you use. The input chute is very small so you have to chop everything up into tiny pieces. Then you must feed the tiny pieces in very slowly otherwise the pulp will be overwhelming. It makes a lot of noise as well. The basket is also very hard to clean, even if you try to clean it immediately after usage. Then when I reassembled it the first time I had trouble figuring out which way to put everything back together. If you only want an occasional use juicer, then this might be okay for you due to the price, otherwise I would spend more money on a better one. Pulp Setting Effectiveness You basically have to monitor the pulp level yourself as there is no setting; it just depends on how fast you put in the pieces. Stability While in Use Surprisingly stable for what the machine does. Durability Will last for a long time for the occasional juicer, but the blades do not feel too sharp.

I bought the Black & Decker Fruit and Vegetable Juice Extractor not quite long and it has been serving the purpose for which it was bought. It is relatively easy to set up and use and quite easy to clean as well. I found it to be very effective in terms of the pulp setting. It is quite stable when in use although I prefer to hold it down to prevent any form of spilling. It is versatile as you can use it to extract a couple of fruits and the number of features is okay by me. I am not really a fan of extravagant design, so I am okay with any appliance that gets the job done effectively and efficiently. Its durability is what I can not really say for now but I know time will tell. The price of this product is great when compared to some brands out there. I will recommend this product to anyone that wants to start living a healthy life and is concerned about price and efficiency of products.

I was able to get this Black and Decker juicer on awesome sale, more than fifty percent off. I was a juicing novice at the time and not looking to spend a ton of money. At the very beginning I was totally in love. It was a good place to start, but as I became a little more experienced I realized all that I was missing! No matter what setting I pick everything comes out the same. Not quite juice, but a little bit chunky, It seems to handle the things I threw at it okay, it is a bit noisy, but not more so than I would expect for a juicer. It runs pretty quickly, and does not take too long to produce my juice! Once I got a little more creative and started to find out what I like, this juicer was not really able to produce the variety I was looking for. It was a terrific juicer for getting started, but I would not recommend this for anyone who is a committed juicer, or who plans on juicing a lot.

The juice craze hit and I wanted to join in the fun. One thing I didn't want was to spend a lot of money or to have another appliance take up a lot of room on my counter. I did want an extractor, so I did some research and settled on this Black & Decker model. I've found that it works as advertised. I'm juicing for one and so the small size is perfect. Yes, you have to do a little cutting to get the veg into the extractor chute, and you have to feed the pieces in one at a time, but I don't find that to be a problem at all. I've tried all of the usual fruits and vegetables (carrots, apples, spinach, kale), and have always gotten a good quality product. This little beauty is also easy to clean and most parts can go in the dishwasher without any issues. So, if you are a beginning juicer like I am and you are not sure you will stick with it, this is a great investment until (or if) you decide to purchase a larger, more powerful, and much more expensive model.

I really made a fool out of myself purchasing this machine, the so called juicer. I should have gone for a real juicer, instead. The fruits and vegetables have to be chopped so small to get into the narrow passage it has. extracting juice is something that I want to be quick and hassle free, else packaged juice is a much better option. I bought this juicer out my love for Black & Decker brand which ha s a variety of affordable and easy to use kitchen electric products. I love all the products I have but this. Most of the fruits and veggies turn to pulp without proper extraction. The pulp comes out almost moist which by itself can extract a cup of juice. Overall i was not happy with my purchase and I ended up buying a high end real juicer that worked so much better. This machine was overall a mess and I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to take out fresh juice on daily basis.

I bought the Black & Decker Fruit and Vegetable Juice Extractor online. It had excellent reviews, so I had high hopes for it. I was excited to find that I was not going to be disappointed in it! It has worked magnificently; I was surprised because it had such a low price when compared to the costs of other juicers. It does just what I want it to and has not burned out. A lot of other products from Black and Decker tend to not be good and wear out after a while, but this has lasted for a while and I am excited about that. It has definitely been worth my while. Pulp Setting Effectiveness This juicer always gives just the right amount of pulp that I want. Stability While in Use I have not had any problems with instability while I use this juicer, which has been really good, because it was something I was worried about based on other products by this brand. Versatility/Number of Features This juicer does not have as many different features as other juicers, but that is because of its low cost. I do not need tons of features, so I am happy with it.

The Black & Decker Fruit and Vegetable Juice Extractor is awful. This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. It's cheap for a reason. You have a lot of prepping prior to being able to juice your fruits and/or vegetable. A lot of the fruits/vegetables get's wasted during the juicing process, more than usual. Clean up is an absolute disaster. This is probably the worst juicer I have tried. Before juicing you have to get your fruits/vegetables small enough to feed through the machine. But if they are too small they just go right through and are caught in the pulp strainer. So sometimes it's a guessing game on if your item will be juiced or just wasted. I assume with time you could get the sizes correct but I didn't use the juicer long enough to get used to that aspect. When you check the pulp strainer there are big chunks of the fruit/vegetable's that you used in it. You would expect just pulp in it, but nope. So much of your produce is just wasted. Then when it comes to clean up, it's just horrible. It is so difficult to get the Black & Decker Fruit and Vegetable Juice Extractor cleaned! You literally have to get a tooth brush to get in all the little spots and then you still miss some. This is a horrible quality juicer. I used it about 4 times and just decided it was too much of a hassle to use and it wasted produce plus was almost impossible to actually clean. Do NOT buy this juicer. There is a reason for it's low price.

This juicer is one of the lowest price juicers that is out there so if you just need one for occasional use at home then this one is okay for you. It does have a small feed chute so you do have to take a good bit of time chopping up your fruits and vegetables to make sure that they will fit into the juicer, and you can't jam too much food into it at one time or else you will end up having it make too much pulp. If you clean it immediately after you use it the clean up is pretty simple everything for the most part rinses off really well. I would suggest though that if you're going to be using this machine all the time and you want one that you don't have to take much effort to get to juicing then spend a bit more money on a better one. Pulp Setting Effectiveness You will find with this juicer that if you are patient and don't shove the food in there too quickly you won't get too much pulp. Stability While in Use I haven't had any issues with the stability of this juicer while I was using it, it's pretty good on that part. Ease of Cleaning If you clean the juicer immediately after you use it then it's very easy to clean everything just rinses out, except for the basket, you do have to scrub it a little bit and give it a little help when cleaning. Durability I would say this juicer is very durable, but only for occasional use, I wouldn't have this as an every day or multiple times a day juicer I have a feeling it would go out quickly. You can even notice a difference in the power of the motor when you try to shred anything. Also, you will find that as you do use it the pieces start to not line up exactly like they should, everything will still fit, but, some juice will leak out. Versatility/Number of Features There aren't many features on this one, it is one of the least expensive one's out there, it just juices and that's about it. Design The design is really good but, like I said before the pieces do start to get off alignment after a while though so they should fix that flaw.

A fair priced juicer that does what it is supposed to do. For the price I think you get what you pay for. The only issue I have is that it is not the easiest machine to clean. It seems to extract the juice well enough without any problems with the pulp. Not the best machine if you do large amounts of juicing because the cleaning difficulties and the small mouth requires you to cut fruits and veggies into much smaller pieces, which can be time consuming.

This juicer is great for citrus fruits. I didnt find so much luck as with apples, kale and strawberries. Found more pulp to be left containing juice. Time consuming when it comes time to clean. All components are very easily removable. Just wish I got more juice from this juicer.
