I love this product. I was surprised at how well it really works to fight acne blemishes. I carry this with me in my purse and if I feel acne coming on, I use it right away. It really helps to dry out acne, even the toughest cystic acne. I would get acne spots that would literally hurt under the skin. This product quickly helps dry out the acne and help with healing. I could not say more about this product, it is fantastic. I have tried the very expensive products, to the cheapest of products and this has been my favorite by far. Effectiveness Works very well to control new acne blemishes from coming, and also to heal very quickly. Ease of Application This product is very easy to use, simply put a dot of this gel on the affected area for fast relief. Convenience I carry this product in my purse, and do not leave home without it! Side Effects I have never had any side effects from this product. It does not cause any redness or irritation and I have very sensitive skin. Immediacy This product works very fast and I quickly see results!

I've used this gel for a while now, in combination with the seaweed wash and the tea tree pore exfoliator. When used all together, the product works wonderfully! However, when used alone it definitely doesn't work as well. When used on a pimple that's open (one that's been popped), the pimple can actually absorb the Tea Tree Blemish Gel more than desired and do the opposite of what you're trying to do, which would be to make the pimple larger - but as long as you don't pick at your skin you will be fine!! The Tea Tree Blemish Gel is for people with oily/combination skin like myself, so IF YOU HAVE DRY SKIN DO NOT USE THIS - it wasn't made for you. Effectiveness Like I said in my overall review, when the Tea Tree Blemish Gel is used in combination with The Body Shop's other products, it's quite effective, but used alone it doesn't do as well. Ease of Application All you have to do is swipe it on with the applicator wand that's attached to the top of the tube. Convenience You can carry this with you wherever you go! I only use it at night though. Side Effects I've never experienced any side effects. Immediacy I usually see a difference in 2 days, or 48 hours.

I like this product because it is one of the few acne items i can use without it bothering my skin. Works great on the blemishes that are just starting to form, i would use body shop the blemish stick at night before i would go to bed and when i would get up the blemish is usually all but gone. I have the cystic acne bad on my shoulders and back and the body shop blemish stick works well on those as well and like the other review said it also works on bug bites. the only down size is the price, its kinda pricey and there is not a lot in the container. The body shop is one of my favorite stores to shop at the body shop's tea tree oil facial wash works well as a body wash and works great for the cystic acne also. Every one that i have reccomended these two items has tried them and also liked them. like i said my only complaints are the prices are on the higher side and some of the items are on the small side.

The Body Shop's tea tree oil blemish gel is GREAT! This is not actually a concealer, but is actually a clear gel that you apply with a small sponge applicator. It works as billed, and will shorten the life of a pimple/breakout, but doesn't over-dry the surrounding skin like benzoyl peroxide preparations can. Also, it doesn't sting or burn when applied to blemishes, and is safe for even very sensitive skin. Although the tube is rather small, the gel does go a long way and you can easily get numerous applications from each one. You can also use this underneath makeup, and it's great when paired with the Body Shop's tea tree oil concealer stick. Just be sure to let this gel dry first and you should be good to go! For even better results, pair this with the Body Shop's tea tree oil facial wash, toner, and moisturizer. If you use the whole tea tree product line, it should really cut down on breakouts and in turn, you'll need this gel less and less.
