I owned 3 other brands over the last 29 years and was always rinsing before loading and running the dishwasher when I was ready to leave the house for a while.  After researching models, I settled on this one.  The cost was comparable to other brands, but the performace was not!  Firstly, no more rinsing, secondly, the configuration holds lots more dishes, and finally, the first time I ran it I kept putting my ear on the door to make sure it was working!  This was the best purchase I have ever made, it is truly all it says it is.

I wanted a Bosch dishwaser because I had heard they were great quality and very quiet. When the time came to replace our very old clunky dishwasher, we shopped Bosch but we were on a very tight budget. We found this model and it seemed well priced but we were leary. Well, we made an excellent choice! We have an open concept house and the kitchen and living room are open to each other. I can be sitting at our kitchen island not 6 feet away and not even know that the dishwasher is running. Unbelievable! Our dishes our spotless and clean, unlike our old dishwasher were half the time we needed to rewash cups and dishes. Even my husband can load the dishwasher without rinsing the dishes are still amazingly clean! Everyone comments on how quiet it is, and it uses less water than our old model which is wonderful when you have a private well as a water source.

This dishwasher is pretty awesome.  It is quiet as a church mouse;  you can barely hear the thing once you've started, and sometimes, I forget that I've started it and try again if I'm not paying attention!  It also qualifies for the energy star rebate, and often goes on sale at Lowe's.  The multiple settings gives ample choices for dirt level and fragile loads. The prongs are angled sideways, so it angles to the dishes toward the water jets.  These dishes are the cleanest I've ever gotten out of a dishwasher.   Only cons are the rinse agent, the child lock and the buttons. The buttons are a bit slow,but I am use to wi-fi and super speeds on computers, so take that witha grain of salt.  You are required to use a rinse agent, and can't get out of it, which as a coupon freak, I don't like the extra expense of  a bottle of jet dry every month. And my two-year-old figured out the child lock in 10 minutes.
