Unlike the other reviewers, I have had a very favorable impression with this dishwasher. We have not had any of the draining problems/issues that they others have mentioned. Rather, I quite like this dishwasher. I like that you can turn it on and off (to save electricity when not in use). I also appreciate the display that tells you how much longer the cycle will last. While it isn't the quietest of all dishwashers, I'm sure, it doesn't make a racket...just a background hum. I am always in the habit of pre-washing my dishes, so I do not know how "heavy duty" of a dishwasher this is. But my dishes always come out clean! The one thing I have been unhappy with it, is sometimes my plastic tupperware or clear glass will come out with spots on them. But I'm not certain whether this is from the detergent or the dishwasher. Other than that, I've been pleased with it!
