This treadmill series is in my opinion one of the good brands you can find on the market. I have tried a few to say the least, but this is worth a shot. Its not that expensive as the rest and you can have this in your room or basement to use at any given time which is great for people that have a hectic work and personal life this works well. Performance On the Performance side this brand holds up its really easy to use and the digital menu on the front is easy to understand. Comfort This treadmill feels very light on your feet doesn't make too much noise and glides with ease as your using it to get your all in one cardio workout going. Ease of Use This machine is really easy to use my mom of 52 is not too heavy on tech savy and she knows how to program and use it to the best of her ability its straight forward. Durability This is back with a 5 year warranty i feel this brand if kept well can last you for quiet sometime. Design The design is pretty good i must say easy to use and understand and adjust to your speed and interval is great.

Bowflex is known in the fitness community for having great exercise equipment and this is another item to add to the list. Unlike the poor review I gave for the golds gym treadmill, I have nothing but great things to say about this treadmill. When I returned my other treadmill, I wanted a brand I knew well and a machine that actually does what it says it should do and doesn't require more work putting it together than it does actually doing the workout. It is a little pricey, mine running at about 1350, but completely worth it. The machine is heavy, but it is extremely sturdy when walking and especially running. The one down side is where you put it is where it is probably going to stay because of the weight. I also love the running surface which is longer than a lot of other machines around 60 inches so there's more space to run. It also has the wireless heart rate which is very cool. And last but not least, I love the design and layout of the machine. It has an LCD screen with lighting. It also has various workout programs you can choose from and I would definitely recommend this to beginners and experts. I lose weight and have fun on it and wouldn't trade this one for any other one!

Bowflex Treadmill Series 7 is great for working out and losing weight. It is great for getting in shape. The treadmills has different options. You can also run on it. The treadmill is very heavy so they usually come in parts and you have to put them back together. I am not the only person that gets on my treadmill. My family also gets on it and exercises. I work out about 1 hour daily in the treadmill. It works great and doesn't have problems.I have had this treadmill about 5 months now and it still has the same working performance as i first got it. I have the treadmill in my living room and i can work out and listen to music also watch TV. I don't have to work out at the gym or go for outside walks anymore because i have the treadmill right in my living room. It is kind of expensive but it it totally worth it. It has saved me lots of money and lots of time. I would definitely recommend this to everyone because it is worth it.

I have been looking for a decent treadmill that will help me shed some weight and after researching, I went with Bowflex Treadmill Series 7. I love Bowflex brand and they never seems to disappoint me. This Bowflex Treadmill Series 7 has great features. There are several options when it comes to speed and it is easy to use and set up. If I feel like doing a light jog, I can change the speed according to my liking. This Bowflex Treadmill Series 7 is pricey but it is worth the money. It is better than going to the gym. With the extra money, you can rest assure that this treadmill will last for along time. I love this treadmill because of the quality. I know it will not break within a year of using it and this machine comes with warranty so if anything happens, I can exchange it for a new one. I also like how it is not noisy. I can work out early in the morning without waking anyone up. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a treadmill to get this Bowflex Treadmill Series 7. You will not regret it.

I am a big workout and gym fanatic. I frequently prefer bowflex equpiment over other equipment lines. at first, i didn't realize that I was favoring this line, but I found myself waiting at the gym for certain machines. I began to see the commonality that they were all Bowflex equipment. I prefer the Bowflex Treadmill because of its customized workout options. I feel that it offers a variety of work out plans such as cardio, weight loss (fat burning), and random. It allows me to customize a plan based on these options and based on my personal information: height, weight, and age. I feel that no matter which workout I select, and I have tried most of them, i get a good workout. I feel satisified with the workout options. I still enjoy using this machine as an everyday fitness guru, but I think people could enjoy using this as a beginner looking to try out new cardio or workout options. I would recommend trying this machine at a gym and then possibly purchasing it, if you find it's the right machine for your long term.

Sometimes I like to work out at home, so got this treadmill to fill that need. It has a built in 3 speed fan, 2 cup holders, and a whopping 15 workout programs. Some include: cardio, running, fat burn, and 5k run. It has a backlit led screen that shows you your heart rate and running time. One thing to note.. is that this treadmill is SUPER heavy! It can fold up, but I usually just have it open at all times. With that said, I love my treadmill and use it 3 times a week.

I gave the Bowflex Treadmill to my husband for his birthday.  I had heard so many great things about the brand and I wanted to make sure that we got a treadmill that would last for years.  What I like about the Bowflex is that it is built to withstand time and abuse.  We use the machine daily and haven't had any major problems with it thus far.  When we have come across a glitch it has been fixed immediately when we called the Bowflex customer support.  They are always so kind and helpful.  The machine is state of the art so I am not worried about it exchanging it for a newer better model for many years.  In fact in my opinion it beats many of the newer items other brands have come out with.  I also like that it is stylish.  It looks great in my reck room and I don't feel like I have to hide it in the corner when we have guests and family over. The only downside I have for the Bowflex is the price.  But the price on any good treadmill is going to be costly.

Like any other workout machines, you must be determined and willing to put in your time in order to see results. Instead of being in the cold or heat, you can workout by walking or running right in the middle of your living room without worrying about weather conditions or safety. With this treadmill you can do all sorts of speed and workout. I've lost over 20 lbs using this machine, it's sure worth it's money but considered an expensive piece of equipment. The downfall is that it's huge and heavy, therefore wherever you leave it at, you must be sure it's the best place you want it or else it's a hassle to move around. But it has quality and sturdy, you get what you pay for with no compliants.

My family and I have been looking for a treadmill for many months now. I decided I needed to write a review on this machine because it has been the best exercise equipment that we have ever bought for our home gym. The price of the machine is not cheap, however , it is not the most expensive treadmill on the market. We happened to get a great deal from the store we bought it at, after Black Friday, so we were ready to get that baby home and get started. The machine in general is pretty heavy so its good to know exactly where to put it in your home before it gets brought to the house. The machine was partially assembled and thank gosh my two sons were around to put the thing together since my husband has no patience for that sort of thing! The time it took to get it ready once we brought it home and actually tried it was not very long, maybe less than an hour. I love the fact that when you get on the treadmil you feel like its  solid piece of machine. I have been to gyms that have treadmills that feel like they are going to break under your feet when you are running on it. We have had the experience of buying another treadmill, one that was more expensive actually, and the running belt on the treadmill wore out in only a year. We have had this machine for two years now and it is stil in excellent condition. We make it a point to wipe the machine down after almost every use and no direct sunlight hits the treadmill. I think that the computer terminology on this treadmill is very clear. We love the fact that all of us five members of the family are able to set our own goals, limits, and weight things on the treadmill and that we can get back to our own charts as we get on the equipment. It keeps us motivated as a family to work towards our goals of losing weight. My one son is diabetic and it is extremely important to make sure that his weight is always under control. His diet and exercise is in direct correlation to his weigh loss routine that has been established by his primary physician. I feel that our family has gained so much in terms of our health and health education. The price of the treadmill , I feel, pays for itself , every time one of our family members gets on the machine. Another great feature of the machine is the emergency off button in case someone would accidentally get winded and almost fall off. This treadmill is very sleek looking and doesnt look very ugly in our pseudo gym area. We have our weight system next to the machine and the treadmill looks very nice indeed. The best thing is that the treadmill does not take up that much room in the house. I like that because you dont feel like the treadmill and other exercise machine are taking over your house. The treadmill verbage on the machine is easy to understand. Sometimes when exercise equipment is so high tech, one does not feel like even programming it. The best is when one can read the programming book in a few minutes and start entering the weight and height details of their own body. This way, they can keep track of their own body mass loss and weight index. The machine has so many features so to be honest, I have not ventured into more of that territory. My sons have definitely benefited from the features like BMI and what not. I just tend to veer towards my caloric intake and that type of thing. I feel that its great to have a ergonomic type machine so you just feel like you are in a gym and its in a professional atmosphere. I enjoy the incline system because when one inclines to get more caloric weight loss, you dont feel the increasing incline. I have been on treadmills that incline so fast, it will make you a bit dizzy, especially if you are listening to music at the same time. You are more likely to fall off the treadmill that way and nobody wants that. The brand of this treadmill is well known so you know that the quality of the machinery is valid and has been validated over the years. Many consumer reports also rate this treadmill very high and personally I can attest to that. I feel that buying a brand that is well known will get you assurance of a high quality equipment. This treadmill is for people of all health and weight levels. For example, my husband has arthritis and his knees have been worn out from all the running of the marathons in his previous years. This treadmill is more low impact than other treadmills and it has benefited him greatly. We dont think we will ever use another brand of equipment besides this one. The experience of owning such a wonderful addition to our exercise room/basement has totally made our lifestyle more healthy and appealing. Its so easy to use when the exercise equipment is so close to our life..just downstairs! no need to drive and waste time and gas getting to gym! With this machine, you have no excuse to work out and get fit!!!
