If Brand Names Matter, this is the one to go to
I live with my saline spray all winter and spring to keep my sinuses cleared out. Breathe Right makes a decent product, but I don't notice any real difference between this and the generic version. Saline spray in general is WONDERFUL when you have constant minor sinus congestion and when it is very dry out, but will not do much for an infection of any kind. It's drug free, so you can give it to kids and take it with other medications and antibiotics without having to worry about side effects, bad reactions, or mixing medications and you can use it as often as you need to without worrying about overdoing it. I have found that using saline while taking sinus infection antibiotics seems to help it clear up quicker. The Breathe Right Saline Nasal Spray bottle didn't last very long for me, but it was a good size to throw in your bag. Personally, I didn't have any issues with the product itself, but with shopping on a budget I would go for the house brand nasal spray.
