We cancelled our cable and it was the best decision ever
I am a former long-time cable customer of Bright House. Where I live, they are now Spectrum. Due to lack of options in my area, we still use them for our internet service. We are always having issues with connectivity. As far as the cable goes, they were way overpriced and prices increased yearly. They used to give you your old contract price if you would call and complain. Now that Spectrum has taken over, they only give introductory prices to new customers. After your contract is up, prices increase. There is no way to bring them down other than to cancel and go elsewhere. In my opinion, loyalty should be rewarded.
