I saw this advertised on a sale site and got the system really rather cheap. I was exited to try it, because in the reviews it sounded so simple and easy to use. When it arrived in the mail, I couldn't wait to get started. I opened it up and then realized I needed to mold the trays to fit my teeth. Frustrating, but simple enough. I boiled the water and dunked the trays and molded them to fit my teeth. I read, and re-read the direction to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. After adding the gel, and getting the trays in my mouth, I didnt know what to do with myself. It was quite awkward to sit with the trays in my mouth. Then add in the uv light. My kids laughed, but I figured if it was going to work, they could laugh all they want. The taste in my mouth, not so good, but it was so bad that I had to spit it out. I drooled a little also, but again, if it whitened my stained teeth it would be worth it. After using the trays for 3 days I started to notice the difference. Its not a quick and easy system to use, but it is effective. Minimal Side Effects I didn't have any side effects while using this product.

I purchased this product a few monhs ago. The price seemed very reasonable. I tried it the first few times and was satisfied with the results I saw, then after  some continued use, I noticed much more sensitivity in my teeth. I called the 800 number to ask questions and was told I probably was using too much product, or was leaving the product on for too long of a period of time. I then cut back my usage time and amount of produc. I still had a problem, actually it worsend. I would have at least three or four hours of pain in my teeth and gums after using the product. I do not believe that this prpdut is addapt for all types of people or all types of teeth. I found out that this product can actually damage the enamel of your teeth after going to my dentist this past week. He advised me not to continue using the product and had to prescribe a enamel streghthening product and a sensitivity product to me  to help restore the health of my teeth.

On my routinly visit to my dentist I've noticed my smile wasn't as white as I thought it could and should be. Although this was only natural since coffe and tea stain the teeth. However, upon inquiring this to my dental hygenist she recommened the **Bright Teeth Whitening Systems Bright Teeth Whitening System Kit **for me to use. Excited about this I  went back after my molds where made and learned the instructions of the system. This one is great because you only need to use it for 2 hours a day for two weeks every six months for that added gleam of whiteness to your smile. Not only this but this package was included through my dental insurancde and dentist office. I'm not sure if thats case everyone else but it never hurts to ask. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has at least two weeks to brighten their smile and wants about a shade difference. I will say this, for some people who have sensitive teeth my dentist recommended the sensitivity toothpaste for 1 week prior to using the system and to use it throughout my use with the system.

I was skeptical at first.  I had used strips in the past and didn't really get the results I wanted in the time I wanted.  I used the **Bright Teeth Whitening System**  and pretty much noticed after the first application that this was going to be different.  I saw a noticeable difference right away after teh first session.  The real surprise came after aboout the 4th use.  My teeth were whiter than I can ever remember them being... not even as a kid were they this white.   It was pretty much an easy process. I molded my trays at home, applied whitening gel to the trays and placed them in my mouth over my teeth.  Then I inserted this laser light that is included with each kit (not sure if that helped or not but it was cool) and I let it sit for 30 minutes.  After that, I used the remineralization gel for about 5 minutes, which they say rebuilds any enamel breakdown.  That was it!  Trays were comfortable and no real discomfort to speak of.  I  would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a whiter smile.
