We have been grilling on a Brinkman Pro Series 2400 for a number of years and love it. The price was very reasonable and the wheels allow mobility around the yard if necessary. The warming racks are ideally spaced above one another and above the flames to keep food warm without burning. Each side of the grill has convenient work areas, as well as hook for hanging cooking utensils. Racks come out very easily for quick clean up. The splitter that allows hooking up two propane tanks is very useful. We often use the smaller tank for quick grilled dinners and save the larger one for patio party gatherings. I'm sure a lot of folks would consider this model ancient; however, it's often said "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". This grill will be replaced with an upgraded Brinkman model if this one ever stops working. .

We don't like this grill at all.  We are hard pressed to find anything we like about this grill.  It has to be completely cleaned each time it is used because if you do not you have flare-ups and your food ends up burnt. If we are not getting flare-ups we have hot and cold spots and the food has to be moved constantly.  We also needed parts for it, the customer service was terrible.  They do not respond promptly if they respond at all and then they sent the wrong part.  Finally straightened out that mess after several more calls and a couple more weeks wait time. The grease does not drain out the drip pan it just collects by the burners.  The temperature gauge quit working at all shortly after we got it. We are not hard on our grill and always cover it under a covered porch.  We definitely would not purchase any Brinkman grill because of the very poor experience we had with this one. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
