We use our grill extensively all year around, and it has always exceeded our expectations, whether in how long a tank of propane lasts or how well it grills a variety of food. Performance This grill can heat up quickly, so it can grill food as pretty quickly. But it also does a great job at slowly cooking some meats. I usually turn the heat down somewhat on thicker meats like chicken breasts. When I turn it down, this grill does a great job of cooking them all the way through the middle without scorching the outside. Versatility This grill is great for all kinds of meat (pork, chicken, steak, hotdogs/hamburgers) as well as vegetables. We have done corn on the cob, zucchini, and mushrooms, and it has worked great. We've also done kabobs on skewers with several fruits and vegetables. Ease of Cleaning If this grill isn't cleaned consistently, carbon can build up on the grates and become difficult to remove. But the grates are removable, so they can be soaked and washed very easily. I usually use a wire brush to clean them pretty consistently and it does come out pretty clean. Durability We have had this grill for several years and used it quite extensively. Everything still works great. Usually the lighter is the first thing to go on a grill, but even that works fine.
