This coffee maker is great. It brews a twelve cup pot in just a few minutes. My Bistro's customers have raved about the quality of my coffee. It is not the coffee, but the coffee maker that makes the difference. Brew Performance Super fast and efficient. Makes a great cup of fresh coffee every time. Temperature is always perfect and the hot water spigot means hot water is always ready. Ease of Cleaning Once a month I run some white vinegar through it and rinse with 3 pots of water and it stays like new. I have brewed more than a thousand pots of coffee with my Bunn with no change in the coffees taste or quality. Ease of Use Add the coffee to the basket, pour in the water and wait. It is that simple. Design The design makes it easy to use, maintain, and clean. it is a simple design. It is not flashy, but it makes great coffee. Durability I have brewed more than a thousand pots of coffee with my Bunn and when my current Bunn coffee maker stops working, I will not replace it with anything else, but another Bunn.
