i went to a favorite things party a few months ago and this was one of the items I received. I was interested to try it because I already am a fan of Burt's Bees and their natural products. I always hesitate to change up my skin routine because I feel like once I figure out what works, why mess with it? I don't want to mess with my skin and make it oily or break out. I am happy to report that using the Burt's Bees Facial Towelettes did not make me have any adverse reactions. The first thing I did notice when I pulled out the towelette though was the nice fragrance they had! The smell wasn't overwhelming or anything, but you definitely get a whiff of that white tea when using it. The wipes themselves are a decent size, just wish they were a little thicker The package i was given had 10 moistened towelettes, and a pomegranate lip balm. I felt like the towelettes did a good job at removing my makeup and not having my skin break out. My skin can be sensitive sometimes, and this was very gentle to use on my skin. Overall I would recommend this for someone who has sensitive skin and wants to use a natural product to remove their makeup.

This product is fantastic for it wipes away make up very well. This item smells delightful that tea oil makes a difference. It's great for dry skin after trying it for the first time I could tell it was working. My skin is usually dry. My husband wanted to try it out he loved it too. His skin is the opposite of mine he is oily and has acne issues. He is used it a couple times and his acne is going down already. It is in a convenient package that you can travel with all over. This product makes you feel a lot cleaner than any other face towelettes. Effectiveness Very effective helps with acne, dry skin and sensitive skin. After multiple uses my skin feels softer and less dry and not oily at all. My husband has stated that his face feels cleaner than ever. Ease of Application This item is easy to apply. It is not a small towelette so you can do your whole face. Great item to have. Scent The scent is magnificent. It is smells like tea oil for sure like it states.

I wanted to completely love these towelettes because I have always loved the Burt's Bees brand. I love the packaging and the way they smell but they seem to make my eyes burn a little bit when I use them on my eyes to take off my make-up. I love everything else about them though. They smell nice and one wipe goes a long way. I also love the way the packaging snaps shut on the front, that is nice for keeping them moist, I find some towelette packages that don't snap, the adhesive ends up not sticking which causes the towelettes to dry out. I would def. buy these again! They are a staple in my face cleaning routine, I usually just steer clear of my eyes. If they did not burn my eyes and the skin around them then I would give them a 10. Effectiveness They do a great job cleaning and removing oil, dirt and make-up. Ease of Application Super easy and convenient to use! Scent Love the smell!

I love Burt's Bees products, and was excited to see they now have a facial towelette. I don't have very sensitive skin so usually don't have to be very careful when trying new things. However, when I began to use one of the towelettes I found it immediately begin to sting. It was bearable, but, again, I don't have sensitive skin- so I cannot recommend these to anyone who does have sensitive skin. UPDATE: My son got into my makeup and when I used a cleansing cloth to remove it, he cried because it stung so badly. It was like I was using straight gasoline on his face. I am downgrading my overall rating and don't recommend these at all. Effectiveness These will remove all your makeup (and the first seven layers of your skin), even mascara (although I haven't tried it on waterproof makeup). They are big enough to remove a lot of makeup (I usually cut them in half, and still they are large enough to use). After use, my skin doesn't feel greasy or dry so I can use a moisturizer right afterwards. Ease of Application The towelettes glide smoothly across your skin, and they are abrasive enough to remove all traces of makeup. Scent These towelettes have a faint but pleasant scent that doesn't linger after you're finished using them.
