I just bought Burt's Bees Naturally Ageless Intensive Repairing Serum two weeks ago to try as an anti-aging product. I love many other of the Burt's Bees products so I was excited to use the serum. After using for about ten days now, I can't see any difference in my fine lines or expression wrinkles. I will continue the product until it's gone and see if there is any improvement. Absorption For an oil-type serum, this product absorbs into my skin quickly and is non-greasy. You only have to use a small amount to get coverage for your entire face so it's not too expensive as a night repair serum. Effectiveness Burt's Bees Naturally Ageless Intensive Repairing Serum leaves my face soft and moisturized however I am still waiting for my wrinkles to disappear! I love the fact that this product is all natural and not harmful to my skin, I just would like it to perform as advertised. I will continue to use the product nightly until it runs outs so I hope to see youthful looking skin after a few more weeks!

I love the line of Burt's Bees Products as I feel very safe using their all natural products. They are free of harsh chemicals or additives and that is important to me, especially for something Ii am putting on my face. Burt's Bees products are more expensive than many others but they are natural and they do last a long time. This Burts Bees naturally Ageless Intensive Repairing Serum is one of many that they offer. My skin definitely needs some intensive repair when the weather is cold and this works very well. A few drops is all you need to smooth and soften your skin. I always apply it an night when I go to bed, but also during the day when my face feels dry and tight from the cold. It is not harsh or irritating and makes your skin feel soft and pliable as well as reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles at the same time. It absorbs quickly into the skin. I don't think it would be good for oily skin but is very good for dry or sensitive skin. I don't think I would use it on acne prone skin either as it may be a bit too oily.

Though this isn't quite the performance you get with a Retin A cream, it's surprisingly close. Used around my eyes, it really softens the lines. However, if you're prone to break-outs, be careful using this. Used on the lines around my mouth, I began to have trouble with acne. It's possible that it was due to another product I was using, but since it's straight oil, it's fairly suspect.

I am reviewing several items from this Naturally Ageless line, and as with the others, keep in mind how long this product will last before you decide that it's too expensive. These are quality products that do work well and I think the prices are fair.  I have used products similar to this Intensive Repair Serum. One example would be the Olive Virgin Oil made by DHC. This is similar to that product in that it's an oil-based formula meant to offer extra moisture when or where you need it. I don't care for how it feels underneath makeup so I choose to only apply this at night. The container is a small glass vial with a dropper to dispense the product. Be careful, because the product is very thin in viscosity and wants to fall out of the dropper before you actually squeeze it. I just try to keep my hand near the tip when I withdraw it from the container. Three drops goes a long way when the heat from your hands warms and spreads the oil. It smells pretty good and in the morning my facial skin is extremely soft. If you suffer from extra dry skin or flakiness in the winter I would highly recommend this to you.
