Poor Customer Service
C Spire / Cellular South is absolutely terrible. I have been a customer for the last 14 years but mysteriously they lost my start date when they began the Perc Points. Anyway when this company changed names and got bigger they customer service and the service went down the tube. Trying to get assistance on phones is nearly impossible. They carry less and less in the store and continue to charge a start up fee when I have been a customer for so long. Recently, my phone broke and a new one had to be mailed to me overnight. Well I did not receive the phone until the following Monday. Three days later might I add. The insurance plan that I paid $100 bucks for is pointless when I can only get the same phone I had and had to pay $50. What is the point of insurance? When you call in to the call center you do not get someone that can speak English. It is very frustrating to deal with a company that is money hungry and not worried about the customers. The 4G service they provide is terrible. I have more dropped calls than ever before and half the time it does not work. If you get off a main interstate the phone does not work. More towers are needed if this company wants to continue to survive. It seems once they got bigger the coverage got smaller. They did rent Version towers and Version cut them loose. What does that say???
