I have an elderly father who has type 2 diabetes, and is on medication. One of the drugs he takes is Centrum Silver UltraMen's Multi-Vitamins and he really likes it. He takes it daily and has no complaints about it, he is alert, exercises regularly and his appetite is okay. He doesn't feel tired easily and washes his car himself (at 77years!) You wouldn't know he is diabetic just by looking at him, because he is active, he drives himself around town and jogs on Saturdays. The multi-vitamin is really good.

Sometimes it takes 50+ years to realize you're no longer 17. Way back, my mom would always ask if I was taking my "One-a-Day" Vitamins. "Yes, ma" was my stock answer. When you get to be my age and look back at all the horrors you've survived in this wicked world, one thing becomes perfectly clear: It's time to start hitting the bottle. This bottle is better than those other ones because it's packed full of multivitamins including the kind you need to stay healthy, not just hearty. Even though I try to eat well and get my vitamins and nutrients naturally, let's admit it, life happens fast and comes with a lot of stress and it's not always practical to make the right choices. Oftentimes in a hurry, you reach for the food that's quickest and keep on moving. After awhile you're run down and haggard and curling up in a corner with a Fanta and a bag of donuts waiting for death to claim you while your ticklish wife shops for a younger man. Been there, done that. Still here now, doing this instead. Centrum Silver gets very good marks on those annoying "healthy living" leotard mommy sites and is easily found just about everywhere we all go for food. I've tried other multivitamins recommended by my doctors over the years and have always given up on them because they were difficult to find when I ran out. Centrum Silver Ultra is always around when it's time to restock and that's a good feeling, kind of like the way you'll feel when you take them. Life ain't easy so choose your bottle carefully friends. For me, that means cheating death and taking Centrum Silver Ultra. And shopping for a younger wife whenever I have time.

I had been having serious issues with allergies for years, 20+, continious blockage on one side or the other, sneezing, etc.  Even alcohol bothered me if having more then two beers.  I had been on different allergy medicines for years which seem to help some, but there were days they seem to have little to no effect.   After my 3rd sickness this year, 2010, and it hadn't even been 6 months yet into the year, I decided to start taking vitamins.  I picked up Centrum Ultra Men's.  Believe it or not my sinus passages cleared within about 4 hours and I couldn't believe it.  It's been a month of taking this vitamin everyday and I have not had any type of blockage....AT ALL.  I have not taken any sinus medication since taking this vitamin and I am clear as a bell.  I cannot believe it, but it is working for me.  I even had a little too much to drink a week later and the alcohol had no effect on my sinus.  I Googled vitamins and allergies, coming upon this site which gives you a short list of vitamins you can take to help out with allergies.  Well I compared it to Centrum Ultra Men's and it has pretty much everything in the list.  Hopefully this isn't some freak spell of feeling great, but I'm not going to stop taking it.  I recommend this vitamin as a try for anyone who suffers allergies like i **DID**.   Randall Keirns
