My husband and I purchased this grill last summer after our old grill had seen its last steak/burger/hot dog/etc. I wasn't thrilled about the cost and thought a cheaper grill would do the same job--and a cheaper grill would have cooked whatever I put on but not like this one. We've had the grill almost a year now and I'm so glad he talked me into this one. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true The infared is amazing. I used to rely on a meat thermometer but now I can cook steak to perfection after cooking them for 2 1/2 minutes on each side (times 2). And cleanup is easy too as long as you follow the manufacturer's instructions.

I got the Char-Broil Quantun grill for my husband for a Father's Day gift and we have really enjoyed using it. We've had it for over a year now and it's held up very nicely. The design is nice and doesn't take up too much space. It's pleasing to the eye and easy to use. This uses infarred cooking and it works very well. The meat is always cooked evenly and not burned to a crisp. We do however have one complaint. My husband absoultely hates the grill part. The grates are different than most grills and I assume it cause of the infarred. The grate is very hard to clean and gets very messy. It's very hard to get in between the grates causing lots of build up of black crud. My husband almost doens't want to cook on the grill anymore due to this. We are shopping around for a new grate right now so we can be ready to the upcomings bbq season!!!

i would have to tell you, this is the best grill that I have found on the market. I searched and searched for a grill for the husband and had no luck, until someone recommened this char-broil to me. My husband wanted a charcol grill, but I told him gas would be so much better, due to the ease of cleaning, and was I right, lol of course. He is so happy with the performance and the way that it cooks evenly and equally with all of the food. I think since he has gotten it, he has bar b que'd almost everynight. If you are looking for an easy to use, one of a kind grill, that cooks evenly and equally through, check out this char-broil gas grill. zThe char-broil gas grill is easy to clean, very nice design and color that is very eye catching. if you ever had doubts about a gas grill, check this one out, you will not regret it. Like I have said the whole time, our family loves everything about the grill:)

I had the Char Broil Urban Gas Grill before we moved to an apartment and had to downsize our grill. I was almost as in love with this grill as I am with my wife. It is a fantastic grill. First off, it cooks evenly and thoroughly, making sure that all the food is done right as you want it has never been this easy! Secondly, it has infrared cooking, which also helps with how easy it is to cook using this grill. I have not had any major or minor issues with the grill since I bought it. I think the steel used on it could be stronger or shinier, but neither of those are issues I would truly complain about - they are more of a personal preference than anything else. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Char Broil Urban Gas Grill to anyone looking to buy a grill that will make them king of the neighborhood. I guess one downside is that everyone will want you to have a BBQ after they see this grill as your new playtoy.

I've had this grill for about 8 months and I just LOVE it. It heats up super fast, cooks very evenly, and is so much easier to clean than any other grill I've ever had. I bought the cover for it but it's been outside through the winter and seems to be holding up great. We used it just last week when we had a break in the snow and it seems to be handling the off season and winter weather like a champ. When it's just a couple people, you can still use only one side and only have to clean one set of grates. The cooking surfact is deceptive - I can still fit about a dozen burgers on there for a little larger group. It handles delicate pizza margherita with no problem, and can put a wicked sear on a strip steak. And clean up is SO EASY!! After the grill cools, or even the next morning, I just bring in the grate and infared plate, give it a quick scrub in the sink with some steel wool, and it's ready to go again.

We purchased this grill for our patio. The model is called the "urban" grill so it is designed for smaller, outside, urban spaces. With two burners and the depth of the grill, I honestly believe that a family of four could easily be fed generously portioned burgers on a grill this size. It also has the bun warming rack. It is easy to roll around the patio. This grill has two collapsible shelves on either size of the burners. The door for the propane tank also has a hook for a utensil on the interior of the door. We have read many reviews that mention rust of the stainless steel frame as a problem, but honestly , as long as it is not rusting through, creating holes in the lid, that really shouldn't be problem. We live in a dry, arrid climate so we have not seen any evidence of rust in the six months that we have owned it. The grilling is even, the grill heats up fast for the perfect sear. The grill also comes with its own cover.

If you take time to read the manual and follow all instructions for seasoning the grill racks, etc, you will love this grill.  It is worth every nickel you pay.  I love the even cooking and clean up is a snap if you follow all directions.  It is a smaller grill but perfect for my family.  Use less propane with this smaller grill.  Nice heavy duty cover comes with this grill and the side shelves fold down for easy storage.  You won't regret buying this grill.
