It is one of the best smokers I have ever used. It is just awesome the way it cooks in the smoker. If you love to cook in the smoker then you should definitely look at it. Performance It completely depends on your cooking speed. Personally, I am quite bad at fast cooking but this smoker makes cooking fun and easy for me. Versatility It can also cook various items. It depends on you what food you want to cook on that smoker. Ease of Use The smoker is extremely easy to use and it is virtually impossible to mess up everything. Just put the wood chips in, cook the food and then eat it few minutes later! Its that simple! Durability It is very new to make a comment on its durability. However, it runs smooth till now without any problems and looks brand new as if you bought it yesterday.

My husband wants to cook everything in the smoker. It is awesome! I would highly recommend this to everyone. The Char-Broil Wood Smoker is the best we ever used.We have use other brands in the past but this is number one in my book! Performance Depends on the chef I'm sure, but our food turns out great! Ease of Use The smoker is so easy to use it's impossible to mess anything up. My husband puts in the wood chips, the meat and a little while later we eat! Durability We keep our smoker on the back porch and it still looks brand new. We use it almost weekly and you can't tell.

Great little smoker, even though it uses propane as well as wood chips. Performance Does a good job of smoking and also grilling. Versatility Can be easily switched from smoker to grill and back again. Ease of Use Turn the propane on and let it go. Ease of Cleaning A bit of a pain to clean the inside. Too deep to easily clean the bottom. Durability Cheap sheet metal and just a bit of rustoleom type on top of it. Design For a beginner or with little space it's fine.

This grill is great for a cook out with the family, friends, neighbours and co-workers. Easily movable, easy to use and give you the taste every body loves. I used this on the fourth of July. My very hard to please in-laws loved the steaks I made, overall perfect!

We absolutely, love our smoker. My husband has become quite the chef here. His specialty is smoked ham, injected with honey praline sauce and rubbed with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed praline. Performance It does an awesome job, you just have to watch the temp gauge and add wood. Versatility Versatile in that we use it as a charcoal grill also. Ease of Use Very easy. Ease of Cleaning It comes apart easy enough, but it will never look as pretty as the time before. Durability Very durable, has withstood travel and different weather elements. Design Designed to last!

I did not expect much because it was not the highest priced. I thought it would be acceptable given the brand name. I was also impressed at how well it smoked the meat. sometimes when you do slow and steady the meat can dry out. my meat turned out perfectly the first time and every time since I have used it. because of how well it worked I decided to donate my old regular grill and bought a regular grill as well. I would suggest this smoker to anyone/

My husband is the grill master in our house. He is always cooking outside. At least once a week we have something smoked. Be it beef, chicken, pork or turkey, it always turns out just right. Not too much smoke flavor. Hes even smoked fresh salmon ! Smoked meat or veggies, its what's for dinner or lunch, and always pleases the crowd !
