I absolutely love how long this product stays on, but it seems to diminish a little bit if you don't keep applying something over it. Lip balms or glosses are a good bet, and it keeps the color nice and full, but if you just let the color stay over time, it won't really look very nice towards the end of the day.

I am a lip gloss junky but hate to have to keep reapplying it throughout the day. CoverGirl has made this miraculous product for people like me! The color stays on for me for my 8 hour day, even after eating and my several cups of coffee. The gloss gives me the shine without the tackiness and stickiness of regular lipglosses. I usually reapply the lipgloss only once during my day, but the color stays place. I can definitely not live without this product!

I purchased CoverGirl Outlast Double Lipshine recently because it looked similar to the Mac Pro Longwear Lip Color that I like so much. The CoverGirl Lipshine has excellent staying power (probably half the day). It doesn't wear quite as long as Mac's version, but for the price, I will probably buy CoverGirl Lipshine in the future. On one end is the lip stain. You apply it and then allow it to dry for a minute. Then you apply the lip gloss end to give the color some shine. During the day, you should only need to apply the gloss again. The color does a pretty remarkable job of staying on. I like it because I don't like to fuss with reapplying lip color during my busy days. CoverGirl Outlast Double Lipshine suits my needs because at most I'd need to apply it twice during the day, or once for an evening out. It stays on even while drinking and eating. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for affordable longwearing lip color.

Well I had another coupon for this item.  I purchased a simple color that just adds a little bit of color to my lips.  When I first put it on the first thing I noticed was that it did not taste bad.   You know sometimes you do accidently "taste" some of your gloss or lipstick so it is nice when it does not taste bad.  The product actually stays on a long time too.  It stays on through my morning coffee, which is a feat in itself!  The product makes your lips extremely shiny and it feels really smooth.  The amount you get in each tube is very generous for the price.  The tube does actually last for along time.The product also does not feather like some lipsticks can.  It stays on your lips.  Overall I think this product was great.  It last a long time, does not taste bad at all, and is super shiny on your lips.  I would definately recommend this product to anyone looking for a great lip gloss at a reasonable price.

I cannot stand the thickness of lipstick, and have struggled for a while to find a great lipgloss that is long wearing and has great color, even with my bad habit of rubbing my lips together constantly.  I stumbled across Cover Girl's Outlast Double LipShine during a BOGO sale at CVS.  They have incredible colors and lots of variety that I receive tons of compliments on.  Try Tutu for a sheer, day look, and Carat Ruby for a fun summer night look.  I've even topped the Carat Ruby with a sheer gold lipgloss and it looks great.  I've tried Maybelline's version of the longlasting lipgloss, and I find this one is not as sticky and lasts even longer, especially the gloss part.  Though I would like to see them sell the clear lipgloss separately, as I always seem to run out of that side before I finish the color on all of these "dual tube" products.  I've never worn Cover Girl products before, but this gloss just may make me look at a few of their other items as well.
