The main reason why I purchased the Craftsman 20-inch Hand Tool Box was because I needed a tool box that wouldn't rust. Since this box is plastic it has remained relatively the same despite sitting in the bed of my truck all year round. There has been some slight oxidation to the latches, but it hasn't affected its locking and unlocking capabilities. I can store all of my screwdrivers and socket wrenches in the box nicely because of the separate small internal compartment. This box also has enough room to store several of my hand saws and a couple of power tools, but I have noticed that the structural integrity of this box can easily be distorted. When I try to transport the case by the handle with various power tools the box will warp in to odd shapes at multiple spots. The only way I can get the dents out is to unload the tools and push the box in to its natural shape by hand. I would definitely recommend the Craftsman 20-inch Hand Tool Box for light to medium weight tools, but loading the box with heavy power tools will yield negative results.

The Craftsman twenty inch hand tool box was a welcome addition to the storage of my tools. This is an excellent portable tool box that keeps my tools organized when I need to do a job away from home. The tool box is large enough so I can fit the tools that I need for any job. The handle is easy to grip and the box is incredibly light weight even with all of my tools inside. The removable tote tray is a nice feature for additional organizational space. The locks close the tool box securely so my tools are safe. The tool box looks nice next to my larger Craftsman storage cabinet. The tool box is very durable. I have owned mine for one year and does not show any sign of wear or tear. The tool box was very inexpensive and the quality is high for this type of product. I would highly recommend this tool box for anyone that needs to complete jobs away from home and needs a large selection of tools on the go.

I have battled for years with two or three separate tool boxes because I could not fit everything into one, until now. I am truly impressed with the amount of tools and gadgets this box can hold. There are several compartments that allow proper organization and makes finding a tool easy and quick. The material is made of good quality and the overall product is very durable. I love this product and the versatility it offers, as it is small enough to put in the back of my truck or in a closet. I would recommend this product to others because I have had nothing but great experiences with Craftsman products. I purchased additional small tool bags to keep small parts like screws and nails, and that bag fits inside my box for easy reach. The clasp of the box is easy to operate and secures tightly so it becomes waterproof. This box is the perfect size and I plan to buy another in the future for accessories like extension cords, batteries, etc. This is a great product!

I am a huge fan of the Craftsman 20-inch hand tool box. It holds all of the essentials that I need in my basic tool kit that I leave in my vehicle at all times. In addition, the Craftsman hand tool box is extremely sturdy and able to hold some pretty heavy, durable, and quality pieces of metal inside. The handle is not too large, making storage for the hand tool box a breeze. In addition, the handle on the Craftsman 20-inch hand tool box is not too small/narrow. It is able to fit all hand sizes comfortably without digging into the palm when carrying. Craftsman offers the perfect size compartments within the hand tool box. Everything I need to have a home for in my tool box has one. Long gone are the days where I have to dig through the bottom of my toolbox looking for something that didn't have a home before due to lack of adequate storage in something that was built specifically for the storage of said little tool.
