My husband picked out this Craftsman mower about 3 years ago because of the good features it had. The Key Start is a plus (as long as it is charged) but the pull start works great too if needed. Having a self-propelled lawn mower is a big plus especially for me because I don't have to try to push it like our last Craftsman. I didn't give it 5 stars because I find it really hard to "pull" back and NO I do not keep the self-propel on! Not sure why it is so hard to do this? Also you do have to be careful if you use the self-propel on a sparse area or wet area because there is so much power that it WILL literally tear up the grass and dirt! The rear bag works much better on this Craftsman than our last one because it "holds" on to the mower better even going over a bump. Our last one the bag would literally fall off! This was a good investment and Craftsman is A+ in my book (and hubby's too)!
