I simply brush my teeth in the morning and before bed. I follow with Crest 3D White Multi-Care Whitening Rinse. I simply pour some in my cup, rinse my mouth. Swishing it around for at least 60 seconds. Spit. All done ! Mouth feeling freshed. No bad breath. No burning. Teeth sparkling ✨️

I tried using this for several days but the texture of the foam it would leave in my mouth made me want to gag. It was like rinsing with peroxide basically. It probably actually is just that but 8 times the price. I gave it to my husband to use, but I noticed he isn't really using it either.

I like the Crest mouthwash and it does keep my breath fresh. I have been using it for quite a while and my teeth do appear a bit whiter, not as white as I would like but I can tell a difference. The main thing for me is that it does keep my breath fresh.

I use this mouthwash once a day. I love it!! You can definitely see a difference in a week. Down side it has made my teeth more sensitive then usual

I really enjoy using this product. I really trust all of Crest products. When I use this mouthwaste I always notice a difference in the color of my teeth-much whiter! There are a lot of positives about this product, but I will say there are a few cons. The taste is NOT pleasant at all. It really tastes gross. Also, it's not a very affordable product. But if your willing to spend the money, this stuff is worth it!
