I am a huge coffee drinker so I have always had really discolored teeth, just a little off white no matter the brushing. I tried other whiten methods, wanted whiter teeth so I tried this. The instructions are straightforward. You put them on for just 30 minutes, two times a day. I did mine at night before bed so that I do not eat anything to stain them again during the process. There are convenient because you can use tem while do other housework. However, it is hard to swallow or you do not want to swallow with these on. So you end up with a mouth full of spit or goo. Sometime the strips do not adhere to well and moves a bit in your mouth so that is weird. Another drawback is that they can burn or sting your gums so try not to get the strip on your gums because it does hurt. You have to be very careful and deliberate o how you place them on your teeth. The bottom teeth are easier than the top ones. In addition, it might hurt your teeth or make them sensitive. Someone recommend using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth during the whiten process to help with the side effect. this did help. However, all this is temporary. Maybe a few days to a week later my mouth was back to normal as far as the side effects. It did get whiter like I expected and I did get some complements on my smile. One friend even asked me what I did to get a white smile, I told her of course. She is a coffee drinker too. Basically when using there, use it during the two week where you don't have too much going on, so you don't forget to use them consistently and so that it is easier to tolerate the side effect. Then you should be good.

I have tried several different versions of the Crest Whitestrips and really have not been impressed with any of them. I was hopeful that the Premium Plus 7 day version would be a quick way to whiten my teeth. One thing that I really dislike about the Crest Whitestrips in general is that they make my teeth hurt. I know it is usually only temporarily, but having your teeth hurt to the point of not being able to eat is not worth it in my opinion. To me it was a sign that something was not quite right and that I was doing something harmful to my teeth. I did not notice a great difference within seven days of using the Crest Premium version of the Whitestrips. I applied them as instructed to the top and bottom and left them on for the right amount of time. There may have been a shade difference, but that would be it. I am not a soda or coffee drinker so my teeth do not have that type of discoloration that could quickly be changed. If that is your same situation, then I doubt these over-the-counter strips would work that great for you. Minimal Side Effects Ouch, my teeth hurt when using these!

I'm truly not interested in my good looks but my daughter recommended and then purchased these for me and I'm a sucker for my girls and find myself doing the oddest things for them. I promised I would try them as I have a partial and the rest of my teeth didn't match the gleaming chiclet ( their words ..not mine). It was actually painful. At first I thought perhaps I had done it incorrectly but subsequent tries also delivered the same result. It felt at first just a little irritating , like eating a pineapple that is very acidic, but then it was just a full onslaught. I did not ( or rather...could not) keep it on for the desired amount of time specified on the box. However, the little things worked. My teeth are visibly whiter and in no small degree either. That being said, they have white stripes that though not really noticeable are still detectable up close. The product works albeit at a painful price.

Having used the original whitestrips, and loving them, I was excited to use the new "improved" product that should have made a bigger difference than the original (or at least the price tag would lead you to believe so). I used these exactly as directed (I am super impatient, so it wasn't easy!) and I have to say I was and am disappointed. They look and taste and even feel the same as the original, yet the outcome is so much less than anticipated. My teeth barely saw a change, and the only big difference was my gums.  These strips made my gums hurt so badly. I used them as directed the first time and it took a full week to be able to eat without being in pain. I had gotten a free pack from a friend who didn't like them, and tried a second time (hey, pain is beauty right?) but instead spaced them out so that my gums would have time to recover. I would have to wait 2 days in between each "treatment" and it was just not worth it.  I will go back to using the original.

I love coffee, tea, and blueberries, but those items stained my teeth after years of consumption. Once I used the Crest Whitestrips, my own Mother even commented that my teeth appeared brighter than they had been in years. While the strips worked like a charm, they are a bit difficult to apply during the initial application. However, once you get the hang of it, it is nothing but smooth sailing! Were the strips messy?  Yes, but again, once you use them for the first application, you will understand better the application process. My only disappointment was with the length of the strip.  I would have liked for them to cover all of the teeth that can be seen when I smile.  The length, however, may have been shortened due to FDA regulations as opposed to company product design. As for the "7 day" promise, the company is absolutely truthful in its advertising.  After only about six days of use, my teeth looked considerably brighter than they had in the past few years.  Yes, it sounds too good to be true, but this product is exactly as advertised. In addition, It is a great value for the cost. Hurry and grab a box today so that you too may experience the positive attention you will receive from your new, brightened smile.

These are the most amazing teeth strips I have ever used.  My teeth have NEVER been so white as far back as I can remember. I can honestly say that my teeth are a minimum of 5-6 shades whiter. As I am a coffee and tea drinker they were pretty stained, but now, they REALLY are as white as the pure driven snow and I have to say that I just cannot stop smiling.  I love it and I get compliments everywhere I go.  It's such a great feeling.  I highly recommend this product.  It may be a little pricey, but not too bad.  Especially for a product that REALLY works, it is REALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I love Crest Premium White strips! I usually have to ask for these for Christmas. it is really important to me to have white teeth and Crest Premium White Strips really do the trick! My teeth are a little crooked, therefore it is a little trickier to apply these and most any white strips. It is unbelievable how long your teeth stay white. The only little problem I had was that my gums would turn a little white from the peroxide. It eventually went away, and it did make my teeth feel a little sensitive. I`ll tell you though, it is a great feeling when someone notices that your teeth are whiter! This is great for your self asteem and it can really help with your confidence.The directions are easy to follow and it is not difficult at all to  apply to your teeth. I tend to just pull it right off of the plastic that it is adhered to rather than pull the strips back to be able to handle the strips. Fantastic product and quick to work!

After receiving a high value coupon for the Crest Premium 7 Day Whitestrips I purchased them. I have used other Crest Whitestrips for years and have never had a problem with them. I did not like the 7 Day Whitestrips. To begin with they didn't fit the same and it felt very unnatural. Once they had been on for about 10 minutes my gums started tingling and were actually throbbing by the time I took them off. The worst part about it was I took a deep breath while wearing the strips and it felt like I had a shock in my mouth (like when you accidently bite on a piece of foil with a tooth that has a filling).  I ran to the bathroom to take them off and had the worst time getting them out of my mouth. They were stuck so hard not like the previous strips I have used that come right off. These Crest strips are very expensive and were not what I was expecting. I haven't used them again so I don't know if they actually whiten like the other Crest strips do. I would not purchase again.
