I really love this coffee maker. Not only is it SO easy to set up the coffee maker to have fresh coffee made when you wake up, it keeps the made coffee tasting so fresh. As the only coffee drinker in the house, I rarely use the grind feature (unless I buy a bag of wonderful flavored coffee beans like I do on occassion) but I do love how easy it is to make the coffee and how quickly it gets made (the machine beeps quietly when coffee is ready). This coffee maker is really idiot proof...if you don't fully close teh top, if the baske tisn't set right, things like that trigger a quiet "beeping" alarm and the coffee doesn't begin brewing until the problem gets corrected. It holds enough water for 12 cups of coffee and the thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot, without scorching, for quite a bit of time. Overall, a rally great little machine!

I love coffee, I love good coffee, and I love good coffee that I can make at home. And that is why I love this coffee maker. I first tried this model of coffeemaker at my boyfriend's parents, I thought they just had better coffee than we did...little did I know that it was the coffee maker. They got us one for Christmas and I use it daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. It makes the best tasting coffee. And I don't visit the coffee shop as much as I used to, saving me money! Brew Performance Brews excellent tasting coffee! Ease of Cleaning Can be a bit tedious to clean, but worth it! Ease of Use Super easy to use! Even has sensors so that you can't start brewing if something is out of place. Design The design is good. It looks very sleek sitting on my countertop! Durability So far, so good. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

A built in grinder is an excellent idea to make fresh coffee. A pain to clean after every use. Eventually the spring mechanism that holds the filter basket will become unreliable. The basket will popout while brewing a pot causing a huge mess and a ruined batch of coffee. Brew Performance Coffee tastes great. Could be hotter. There is no way to adjust the heat. Ease of Cleaning Nightmare when filter basket pops out. Requires extensive cleaning to prevent. Ease of Use When clean it works easily. Design Very good except for spring mechanism that holds the filter basket . Durability Still brewing after several years but rarely use the grinder anymore.
