For us the Cuisinart Thermal 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker did a overall great job. We wanted a machine that had a 12-Cup capacity and was able to be programmed in this machine we did find all that we were looking for. This is a great machine for a group or family that loves coffee. Brew Performance For us the brewing did it job, not great but it did do it. We were constantly having to adjust the amounts of coffee and water to make the coffee the way we like it. So for us that part was difficult but when we finally got it set right it did a good brewing job. Ease of Cleaning The overall machine washed really well. I liked being able to put some of the parts in the dishwasher, so they cleaned really well. I would of liked it if it came apart and went back together a little bit easier. It just took me a little longer than I would of liked. Ease of Use Overall I felt this machine was easy to use. Once we got it figured out for our desired taste. It wasn't complicated to set up or to program. My experience with the use was very simple and easy. Design It is a very modern design which doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter. Its sleek design makes it very appealing to look at, since its out all the time. The design was simple but modern. I liked having the black and silver design also. Durability Durability was really good. We have transported this coffeemaker to many different venues and never had a problem with it. We have moved it a couple of times; even dropping it once, and it continued to work. We only ran into a problem after many years of service.
