The bottom rotted out of the top oven, an obvious manufacturing defect.  The appliance store agreed that Dacor should replace it , I sent photos, but their only offer was a "discounted" new oven, with my paying shipping, tax, and install.  I could get it cheaper here.  They blamed me for this, even though it was an obvious defect.  This oven was way to expensive to be so cheap.  They have NO customer service and an arrogant attitude.  Never again.  Don't let it happen to you.
