Purchased this heater last week and found out that it really heats up a room. I really like the fact that it is on wheels and my 15 year-old but it together in a matter of seconds. The second thing that I like about this heater is that it is super quiet. I have never had a quiet portable heater and you don't even know that this heater is on unless you look at the light. I will have to go out and purchase at least 2 more just like this one. I don't know why I had waited this long to buy this item. You can't tip it over because it is on wheels and there is a safety button just in case it gets hot. This was a very inexpensive purchase for a room heater.

My mom bought this for me, and it does the job, slowly. It will eventually fill up the room with warm air, but I hate how long it takes to get the results. There are definitely better options available if you need heat quickly. I do think this heater is good as it's not overwhelming and you'll be able to sleep through the night without problems unless you turn the dial to the highest level. It's heavy which may be a good thing as pets won't be able to tip it over and cause your house to burn down. My dog loves it and loves to sleep next to it. If you want to use this heater in an open space, then I don't recommend this. It will not fill out a living room unless your living room has doors that can enclose the heat. You'll be better off with an oscillating heater in that case.

Our house has horrible drafts in our house so we ended up getting the Delonghi oil filled radiator heater for one of our son's bedroom. They are nice and quiet heaters. These heaters work by convection by heating up the coils inside and then . With any type of free-standing heater, you want to make sure to not have anything within 3 feet of it as to not catch anything on fire. It takes awhile to start working and heat up the room, but it does work. The actual oil filled radiator does get really hot so if you have little ones, this may not be the best for you unless they know now to touch the heater.

The Delonghi Portable Oil Filled Electic Radiator Heater is really good if you want to have something that you want to use in a long time. It will not kick out heat right away so we use ours in our room and not the kids because you have to turn it on a while before you want some instant heat. Performance It works really good it just takes some time before it heat's up a room it will not do it right away, but once it does it is a nice even heat and cheaper then running electricity all the time. Ease of Use All you do is plug it in and then leave it and it really does all the work it self, just don't leave it to close to the furniture like anything else. Durability It is very heavy and it is nothing that will tip over easy and I do like that and it is on wheels so it moves around very easy and that helps. I is made out of really good material and like I said it is very sturdy. Design Mine is black and is small enough to fit in a room with out it looking like a big elephant in a room. It is designed very nice and I don't mind it being out in a room at all. Safety It doesn't heat up to hot at all it kicks out a good amount of heat but yet I don't worry about the grand kids being around it or myself touching it and getting burned.

This unit works really well to heat up a regular sized room. The only problem I ever had with it was that it blew the circuit once when I had it on the high setting. So now I tend to keep it on the medium setting because it warms the area fairly quickly, but doesn't blow the circuit. Once the room is comfortable, I've found that turning it down to low keeps the room perfect for living. The unit does make a small hissing sound when it first begins heating, but it is barely noticeable and does not continue the entire time it is on. The unit has wheels attached which come in handy to roll it around, but they can also be folded under so that it can be kept stationary. Overall it is a very nice looking unit that functions really well both on occasion or more frequently.

This heater works well for adding extra heat to a room in the winter or for just heating one room at night when you don't want to pay to heat the whole house. It takes a little while to heat a room up, so turn it on a little while before you're ready for bed if that's the intended purpose. This heater can safely be close to walls, dressers, etc. without getting them too warm. There's a temperature control knob, so you can get the heat just right. It's also really great that the heater is on wheels--makes for easy maneuvering. Performance Works well and keeps rooms heated nice a toasty, but take a while to heat up. Ease of Use Very easy to use and to figure out what the heat settings are. Durability Holds up well. Design Nice and compact.

Love our oil filled electric heater. It works really well! Heater heats up well and regulates temperature pretty good. It does get warm to the touch so have to be safe around little ones. The one thing that kind of drives me nuts is sometimes it gets warmer than the temperature you programed it for and then it doesn't cool off very fast. We use these in our bedrooms at night in the winter. Cheaper to run these and then I turn down the heat in the whole house to save money. I did try to use it outside in the garage once when we were having a rummage sale and it was super cold that day. I sat practically ON IT and barely felt warm. Maybe if all doors were closed and sealed up it would warm up more, but I am not sure this would work well in a garage.

I absolutely LOVE this heater. It radiates heat well and will warm a medium sized room in little or no time. The great thing about this heater is you don't have to worry about it falling over or ignited because the heat source is enclosed. I wouldn't go a winter without one of these in Chicago. Durability Durable and sturdy. Light enough to roll around but heavy enough to stay put without fear of tipping over. Design Dual temp controls allow you to generate the exact amount of heat you need for the space. Safety All the heating elements are enclosed so it poses no threat of igniting.

I LOVE my heater!! I have had it for about 4 years and it has seen A LOT of use! I have it in a small trailer, along with my indoor/outdoor cat. It heats very well and doesn't ever smell of burning cat hair. I have a chance to save electricity and still stay warm with its 24-hr timer. I can set the timer for when I want the heater to turn off and when I want it to turn on. Since it does take a while for the heater to warm up the room, I can preset the heater for when I estimate my cat and I will arrive. When it is really cold, though, the heater runs 24 hours a day.

I have four of these portable heaters and I absolutely am a fan of them over all other portable heaters that i have found. the reason I got the first one is because I wanted something that would heat quietly and did not have all those glowing coils showing. I have cats and I knew they would want to cuddle up next to the heaters. They can and do cuddle up to these very safely. Thus the first one was an experiment. But I fell in love with them and went back to buy three more. They heat up quickly, radiate heat in all directions, dont take up much floor space, are on rollers so very portable from room to room., can safely sit fairly close to the wall. They have variable temperature. There is cord storage so they neatly tuck in corner in summer time. They are very easy to clean with a sponge. I think they look nice too. The first few times you use them you might have a smell of warmed oil but this goes away after several uses. My most favorite part is that they are safe and totally quiet. My kind of heater! I have had mine for over fifteen winter seasons and they work like new still. I Love em and so do my heat seeking felines!!
