I absolutely love Dove products. I have tried almost every single one of them I have come across. They always perform well, smell amazing, and are fairly priced! I have dry skin and Dove products always moisturize my skin amazingly. I give the Dove Visible Care Softening Creme Body wash a lower rating mainly due to the packaging but the product is just as good as most other Dove body washes! I can't remember where I picked this body wash up at but it was really cheap at the time so I was pretty excited about that aspect. I gave it an 8 rating due to the packaging. It's not in their usual bottle, the oval one with the pointed top. This one is one of the bottles that has the pour out at the bottom instead of top. Which means it gets messy due to product running out onto the lid. I really don't like bottles like that. The product lathers just as well and rinses clean just like the normal Dove products. It's very moisturizing and makes your skin feel great! Plus, it smells amazing. Overall, I recommend this product. The packaging is a little annoying but the product is just great!

I've used other brands, but I always go back to Dove for my body wash. Dove Visible Care Softening Creme Body Wash is my favorite. I have dry skin anyway. When I shower with this body wash, I come out of the shower feeling slightly moisturized instead of feeling taunt and dry. It has a nice smell that's not too strong but enough to smell good. I try to find this on sale and stock up when I do because it's not something I want to be without! I would recommend this body wash to everybody. It seems a little pricey, but watch for sales and you can get it and stock up so that you don't have to pay regular price. However, when you compare the price of this body wash to some of the ones that you buy at specialty shops, the price is still lower than what you pay there. I've tried the specialty shops like Victoria's Secrets and Bath & Body Works but haven't found anything that helps my skin as much as this Dove Visible Care Softening Creme Body Wash. It's just a wonderful product! Effectiveness This body wash not only gets you clean but leaves you feeling moisturized without being oily. Scent Soft scent so that it doesn't clash with any of your lotions or perfumes but enough scent that you walk out of the shower smelling nice.

I finally broke down and purchased the more expensive Dove body wash. I sure am glad I decided to take the plunge. I normally use Caress or Softsoap body washes and scrubs. They are also about half the price. My skin has been rather dry this winter so I have been looking at options that may be better at keeping my skin moisturized because I do not like putting on lotion. This Dove body wash does just that for my skin. My skin is not itchy from being so dry after regular,daily use of this body wash. It creates a wonderful rich lather that feels like it is making a difference. The only other product I have found that comes close to doing this is the Olay body ribbons wash, great but also pretty expensive. I really love the smell of the Dove body wash as well. They had a couple different scent options to choose from which is nice. With coupons I think this product will become a regular purchase for my beauty routine.

Overall I absolutely love this product as I do all of Dove's products. There is one problem I have with it. When the bottle is almost empty it gets harder and harder to get the soap out. I am the type that likes to get every drop out. My family likes to throw out bottles when they can't squeeze any more out and that is to much soap to let it go down the drain. (No pun intended) When my family thinks it is time to discard the bottle I will still get at least 3-4 more uses out of it. If they could come up with a bottle that allows you to get almost all of the product out, this would be PERFECT. Effectiveness It lathers up and feels great. It rinses completely off and don't leave any residue behind. This is the only soap I will use. Scent I use all of the Dove Visible Care and I love the scents from all of them.

I really noticed a difference with this body wash. It was creamy and smelled wonderful, but more importantly it felt good on my skin and my skin felt good after I washed it off. It worked well as a shaving chream as well, leaving my legs feelin soft and smooth (not dried out like some body washes).

I have always liked Dove products. In the past I have never been disappointed until I purchased the Dove Visible Care Body Wash. I just completed my first bottle and found the design of the bottle to be very hard to use. First, in the shower I found it very difficult to squeeze with one hand.Secondly, I know that there was body wash still in the bottle when I finally threw it away but I could not get what was left out. The body wash was fine but I would not buy the product again as long as it continues to be in that type of bottle.

i love this wash! usually after i take a shower i have to apply lotion because my skin will get so itchy, but with this my skin felt amazing! i bought this at the store as a special sample price of 1.99 and i went back after trying it to buy 5 more before the price went up! so great saves me money on buying lotion too! i couldnt believe how well it worked. i've used dove before for my hair and its great too, but often was too thick, i now only use the hair treatment for my hair. But this body wash is great, lathers well but my skin just feels so good. my skins texture has improved, i've used for a few weeks now. glad i bought so many at the low price because i know dove can get pricey. i encourage everyone to try this especially with the harsh winter weather out there, it will save you time and money keeping your skin sexy and moistirized! trust me other mosturizing body washes dont work as well, i still had to apply lotion after, this is a first! thanks dove :)

First off, has anyone noticed that that the "renewing" and "softening" has the exact same ingredients? Even the same texture??! So I have no idea why they put the two in different bottles and how one should expect to get different results. They could at least added some exfoliating beads or something! anyways, about the product: Smell: Decent. Light. Easily masked by a lighter perfume if you don't like it or thinks its too heavy. I usually put on baby lotion afterwards and then All I smell is Johnson and Johnson :) Moisturizing: They both moisturize the same. However, I do not see any "visible" improvement. The only body wash that has ever proved its "1 week promise" is Olay ribbons. Guess I should go back to that... Overall: I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. It does moisturize well. The scent is fine. Lotions is honestly not needed afterwards. However, if you're looking to get "better skin" out of a bodywash, keep searching. This isn't the stop...

I thought there were no other improvements on body washes available. . .I was wrong. We tried the new Dove VisibleCare and it's a nice shower experience. They both have a pleasant smell and it does not take much to lather up well. It left my skin soft & smooth and I did not need to add body moisturizer once I was dry, the feeling was moisture and not greasy.

Dove Visible Care Softening Body Wash is amazing!  I have very dry skin that will often get dry itchy patches in the winter time.  I also use lotion every day after showering.  I have been using the Dove Visible Care for over 1 week and already my skin is different.  Any patches that were there prior to using the body wash are now gone and my skin is incredibly soft and smooth.  I still continue to use body lotion after showering, however one day I skipped lotion just to see how my skin would feel.  Honestly I could not tell the difference, this body wash is so moisturizing that I did not really need lotion.  My skin also appears to have a more even tone to it, which is a plus because I tend to get red easily.  The smell is really nice and light.  It is similar to other Dove scents, pleasant but never overpowering.  The consistency of the product is also really nice.  The bottle seems small but a lot goes a long way because it is really thick.  Unlike other body washes that feel watery, this is almost like washing with a lotion.  I am stocking up on this because it is my new favorite!
