It's safe to use in my HE washer. The smell is amazing, Amber Blossom being my favorite! I use it with the in wash scent boosters on towels and bedding, for when I want the smell to last even longer. On my weekly washed items the fabric softener is more than enough on its own.

My husband brought home a bottle of Ultra Downy Infusions with a Cashmere scent. We had been using regular Downy dryer sheets, so this was a bit of a luxury purchase (although it was on sale). The liquid is thick and silky and works well in HE, front-loading washers like ours. The fragrance was divine, in my opinion, and not chemical-smelling at all. If you are scent-sensitive, this may not be the product for you. But, if you want your clothes and linens to smell as they've been rinsed in a milky, luxurious scent, then you'll probably love this liquid fabric softener. Even after the clothes have spent a cycle in the dryer, they emerge fluffy and incredibly soft. I haven't noticed any stretching or fading of my laundry since using the product. The fragrance seems to last a long time and is revived when I touch the linens on my bed, or pull out some towels from the closet, days later. The only downside I can see is that the scent may be too overpowering on your clothes if you already use personal cologne or body products that compete with the Downy aroma. If you are skin-sensitive to fragrant products, I'd skip this as well (although it hasn't caused any problems for me or my family). Otherwise, it's worth it's price in luxury fabric softening.

If you like the smell of Downy then you're going to love this fabric softener. Downy Infusions are like a upgrade to regular Downy fabric softener. From my experience this version of Downy makes my clothes softer than regular Downy. It's a wonderful feeling on my sheets and blankets. 3. I personally love to use Ultra Downy Infusions with other or really different scents of laundry detergent just to see what other scents I can create. It's a fun way to keep laundry interesting. Give it a try and mix and match new scents with Ultra Downy Infusions and see what you can come up with. Original Gain and Honey Flower Downy smells amazing to me!

LOVE the downy infusions! Same great Downy softener with amazing, long lasting scents! We are a big "scent" family. I want to know it's clean just by the scent! I like all of the scents, but Cashmere glow is our favorite- soft and fresh and seems to last for weeks. I adjust the amount of softener (depending on what is being washed) and I can see a noticeable difference in color stay and 'non 'stretching' in our clothes since using downy exclusively. When I do my weekly shopping, this is always on the list.
