We booked a Car with EZ Car Rental in early December ( not normally a busy time of year). We ended up waiting in line for over a half an hour to even talk to an agent. We were told that we would either have to upgrade to a more expensive car or wait for a similar priced car that we booked over a month earlier to be made available. I got the impression that this was there way of UP selling their customers. We were not early for our reservation and were within a half hour of the time we said we were going to arrive to pick up our car. I was disappointed in how this was handled and because of the long lines felt we had no option to speak to a Manager.
