I have this and it heats up quick but the heat doesnt seam to last long before it gets cooler. Its ok to use for something quick and easy and whan I bought it it was on sale so didnt get a bad deal.

Earth Therapeutics Anti-Stress Wrap is expensive and not great. I was given two of these by a friend when I had a neck injury that required heat therapy. It is very easy to use and it works ok. I just put it in the microwave and heat it until it is the appropriate temperature. That's pretty simple, isn't it? It is just about exactly the right size and weight (at least for me). I have seen other neck wraps that are very heavy and would feel like they are crushing me. But this one is light enough to be used without feeling weighed down. But it is heavy enough and has enough material inside to stay warm for a while. It worked well for me to have two of them. Because I could be warming one up and wearing the other. I didn't have to be cold while I was waiting for it to get out of the microwave. It actually does its job. It kept my neck warm. That's really all it is required to do. But it is kind of flimsy and the materials are not anything special. The two "loop" handles are a nice feature to pull it into place and hold it in place when I moved around. But I think (actually, I KNOW) that a similar product could be made for a fraction of the cost. I saw someone at a crafts fair who had neck wraps like this with VERY soft fabrics in cute patterns. They would do the exact same thing. Overall, it's a good product, but definitely not irreplaceable.

Definitely a favourite item of mine. Easy to travel with as well as easy to use. As an athletic person, I enjoy being able to microwave it for 2 minutes and have a lasting, calming warmth for the next few hours. It's moldable, so I can wrap it around my aching knee, but then the next evening use it for my sore back. It's a nice as just a comforting, calming aid to help sleep especially are cold nights. I have owned mine for 2 years and it hasn't broken or really dirtied. You can easily remove the outside wrap part for easy washing without damaging the rest of the pack. I will be using this as get-well gifts for ill friends as well as a nice addition to any cosmetic bundle for a nice gift for all. Effectiveness Very effective in calming scents and healing sore joints and muscles. Ease of Use Only 2 minutes in the microwave and you are set for a few hours of warmth! Simple and effective and very easy to clean!

I enjoy this because I can wrap it around my neck or drape it over my shoulders. However, the bead slide from on end to the other and it's hard to receive even heat the whole way around you neck. I usually push all the beads to one end and heat that side of my neck and repeat on the other. The heat doesn't last very long 10 minutes. The only benefit to this is it's easy to travel with and you don't have to worry about patches leaking or being punctured.

This is such an incredible product. I use it for a headache, muscle ache, when I am cold, when I do too much exercize. I have been known to drive out of the driveway with the thing around my neck. Sometimes I think that the weight around my shoulders makes me better ( think Chiropractic). It seems to balance me. If I am sick I need it and when my husband or children don't feel well I will share. I do have more than one. When my daughter moved to college I went out and bought her one as well. She had a microwave in her room and it was a great rminder of home when she wasn't feeling well. It is my quick fix for everything. I work on the phone, at a desk, on the road in my car and my neck and shoulders really take all of the abuse., I regularaly use this to de-stress. It is also very good if you are having a headache or a sinus headache. I think that everyone should have one.
