When we were remodeling our home, we also purchased a brand new stove for our secondary kitchen in the basement. I chose this range specifically for design and not at all for price. Electrolux Slide In Range was far from inexpensive but, the sales person said it was safer for the area we were installing it. I love the size of the range because it isn't really awkward to move. The top of the oven is made of a durable glass top. The good thing about that is there's no visible fire, just a warm eye so it's much more difficult for it to catch fire. The bad part about it is that if the glass breaks, you are in for an extreme bill because they are not easily replaced and I had to actually order one online and pay for installation. It's eyes seem to balance the temperature consistently. The very best thing about it is how simple it is to clean. It doesn't take much effort because instead of having to remove eyes and scrub, it can be sprayed and wiped down. It's a really great appliance but I would compare prices as well, it's pricey. Durability The glass top can be broken.

We have owned this electric range for about 3 years. We enjoy using this range--when it works. When the range malfunctioned a few months ago, we had to wait nearly 8 weeks for the range to be fixed, even though we had paid for an extended warranty from Electrolux. We had to wait for multiple circuit boards to be sent out and tried and long delays in sending the parts until they finally sent the right part to the local service technician. We know that any appliance can break, but given the cost of this range (and the cost of an extended warranty), having to wait almost 8 weeks without a working range is incredible. The company just didn't seem to care. We will never purchase an Electrolux appliance again. Durability The electronic circuit boards seem prone to breakdown. The rest of the range seems fine - so far.

I purchased this stove about 3 years ago when I remodeled my kitchen. This stove does everything and I really love the 6 unit burners. You have the touch buttons and lights indicate when the element is hot after you have shut it off. It is easy to clean and I love the oven. The only thing that they did not say was not to use aluminum foil on the bottom of the oven to catch spills. The aluminum foil will stick to the bottom of the oven and melt into the oven unit and it is hard to get up once it melts. I only knew this after the fact and it should have been an immediate warning to customers as to not use aluminum foil on the bottom of the oven. Other than that, the stove works wonderfully. The stove and oven heats up pretty quickly and cooks the food the way it should. I love the oven color as well and the fact that it has two ovens if you needed to use the smaller one on the bottom. It is worth the money that I paid for it and my kitchen looks really nice! Ease of Cleaning The cleaning of the oven is really easy. It locks automatically and all you have to do is turn on the unit for cleaning the oven. You don't have to use oven cleaner as it will clean itself without this.

Works so well, extremely easy to clean - no more buying scouring pads and replacement covers. Saves energy due to convection fans. Heats up quick and looks so good while you are using it. I have had no problems or complaints to offer - none whatsoever - except it was priced higher than I really wanted to pay.

Life is so much easier with six burners from this electroluxe ew30es65gs electric range. I love the fact it has six costomiseable burners and the fact that it is so simple and easy to clean and operate. this is a definate step way up from my old electric stove and range and cooks so much more evenly. i am so impressed with electroluxe products based on my expierence with this electric range and my washer and dryer. definatly worth all the money invested in it. if you want a electric range electroluxe is so the way to go its great easy to use nad easy to maintain and very stylish in your kitchen. a win win for any busy mom and dad and any family who spends most of thier life on the go. i would suggest this range to anyone.

I have seen all the commercials and was a little skeptic to spend that kind of money on a stove. They should all be the same, right?  But I have to tell you, WOW. This range does what it promises. It cooks food evenly, fast, efficient/ There are 6 burners that you can customize the size depending on your cookware. It is wave touch, so no buttons to hassel with There is a lock out feature for those worried about pets walking and tuning it on by mistake. Even after you turn the burners off there is an indicator to alert you that the heating element is hot so you know not to touch it. Very very to clean. It has 3 seperate favorite settings. double oven., so you can keep items in the bottom oven warm while you cook the remainder of the meal in the oven. LOVE IT!!! Thank you Electrolux
