Taking vitamin C is a great way to stay healthy. It helps cardiovascular disease, immune system deficiencies and their symptom, prenatal health problems, eye diseases, and symptoms and complications that you get from the common cold. Although it has been proven that it will not prevent you from getting sick, it does help your immune system and the symptoms that arise from getting sick. I have taken a lot of different brands of vitamin C and have found Emergen-C to work very well. It works well because it seems to absorb in your system very good since it's a liquid form of vitamin C. The main reason that I have not given this a ten is because of how nasty it tastes. It's pretty disgusting. Also, I thought it was a little expensive, and I rarely will buy it because the price is ridiculous for the nasty way it tastes. All in all it does works very well, and I can tell a huge difference in how I feel. I definitely have a stronger immune system. This year I have been sick at least three times, more than usually, but I get over the sickness pretty fast and feel my symptoms aren't as bad as my children's as they don't take as much vitamin c. It's worth taking vitamin C for a stronger immune system.
