I have traveled with Emirates (booking reference:H3HKK2) and had a horrible experience in August and September 2022. I made a complaint to them with the following reference number: LON/X/JU/101019/7572977 regarding my experience on the trip and described the issues I experienced in great detail. The airline was not empathetic towards the poor experience, overall service, and discomfort they had caused to me as a passenger. They merely apologized and brushed me off. I am very disappointed and I was hoping after making a complaint, they would be more understanding and compassionate for the discomfort I experienced which was causd by them. Unfortunately, they do not care and do not do anything to make things better. I will be strongly considering using other airlines after this experience.

I Had to fly to Abu-Dabi and this was my first flight with Emirates and I was a little nervous got all checked in which was very fast. the flight was amazing even though it was 16 hrs.

Flew with emirates from Washington DC to Nairobi Kenya the first of August. We had a month long stay. They lost our suitcase containing all the clothes for my 2 kids for the entire month vacation. We had to make phone calls no one ever called us. The day before we were to return home they found our bag. Was told it would be express shipped home and be in dc when we arrived. It came almost a week later. Took over 2 months to get it all resolved via email. No one can answer anything over the phone. Flight to Kenya was great. Coming back another story. Our tv didn't work for the first 5 hour flight. Then the flight home to dc the tv had to be reset 6 times before it worked and they ran out of food for breakfast. For such a great airline we were really let down.

I travel frequently domestically and internationally. I took Emirates last year from JFK to Milan and it was hands down the best flight I have ever taken. From the service to the seat comfort to even the food it was a world class experience. I would recommend to anyone and hope to fly in the future.

I traveled from Boston to Mumbai in Emirates Airbus 380. It was superb. Diligent crew service, comfortable seats, varied entertainment. Dubai airport was cool to hangout at. Way to go Emirates!
