The equate dandruff 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner was great for dandruff and dry scalp. the product healed my dry scalp extremely quickly. it gave long lasting relief for my whole scalp. It did not make my scalp or hair oily. compared to other name brand two in one products, the equate Two in one dandruff shampoo and conditioner was as effective and by far the best and most inexpensive product. Effectiveness The equate two in one shampoo and conditioner worked excellent for everyone in my family. it relieved dry scalp very fast and the product was extremely effective. my only complaint is that the consistency was kind of sticky and was a little difficult to rinse and wash out. Scent The scent of equate two in one shampoo and conditioner was absolutely sensational! the scent was not to strong and not to weak for my liking. The scent of the product is the same as the name brand more expensive products.

I tend to get dry scalp every once and a while. It's not a all the time issue, but there are certain times depending on the changes in weather where my hair gets exceptionally dry. I was using the brand name shampoo until I got fed up of paying the expensive price, so I switched to Equate dandruff 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner. Not only does it save me money by purchasing it instead of the brand name shampoo and conditioner, it smells better. I don't know how different the ingredients are but there has to be at least a couple differences because the smell of this product is much better than that of the big brand name version or of any other dandruff shampoo that I have used. Also, with this as is the case with most shampoo and conditioners less is more. This lathers really well, I know that a lot of people judge how good there shampoo is doing the job by how much it lathers. This does soap up pretty good, and it also rinses out very well, leaving your hair flake free, silky and soft. As mentioned above, the price is awesome. Especially for such a great product.It just proves that sometimes the store brand is better than the brand name. I would recommend this to a friend.

I usually use this shampoo, and even living in a very dry climate, I've never noticed any dry scalp, dandruff, or dry hair problems. It seems to keep my hair at a good moisture, even without using any other conditioner or anything. Effectiveness I use this shampoo every day, and it leaves my hair clean and oil-free for the day. I usually cut my hair pretty short and then grow it relatively long before I get it cut again. This shampoo works effectively throughout the whole growth time, whether my hair is short or longer. I also do not have any problems at all with dandruff when I use this shampoo, and I do not use any additional conditioners other than the one in this bottle that is combined with the shampoo. Scent The smell of this shampoo leaves one's hair smelling fresh and clean. It does not have a particular smell (like apples or cherry blossoms) that others have, but the basic scent it has is good.

I have really bad dandruff. Since I was a child I have used just about every dandruff shampoo there is. Nothing would completely reduce the amount of dandruff I had. In about a couple of days of using this Equate Dandruff Shampoo I noticed a difference in the amount of dandruff I was finding on my shoulders. Also, I noticed the amount of itchiness has reduced as well. After about a month of using this shampoo every day, I noticed that my dandruff was not there anymore. No, I am not talking about being cured of dandruff, just I didn't have any. All of my itching and flaking had ceased to exist. Now, it doesn't end there. Just like anything other good thing, you need to keep using it. I have tried to use another shampoo and only use this one like twice a week, but my dandruff cam back. If you dedicate your self to this shampoo you just might have the luck I did and get your dandruff under control. Effectiveness Like I said before, after using this shampoo for a month straight I had my dandruff under control. Scent The scents could be better. At least the shampoo doesn't smell like medication.

This two in one dandruff shampoo and conditioner works alright, but definitely not as good as more expensive name brands. I picked this up in the store because it was more than half the price as others and really needed something for my scalp. In the winter time I get severely dry scalp and hair, as I am sure many other people do. Natural remedies do not really work for me and I rely on anti-dandruff products to get me through this dry, cold season flake free. The amount in the bottle is really great, it is a ton of product for your money, that makes me very happy. It lathers up nice and smells really good. I just do not find that it makes me completely free of dandruff though. I still have flaking here and there when using it. It also is not at all moisturizing enough to use as a conditioner, so I always use a deeper conditioner after rinsing this stuff out. It is a great price and value, but just not strong enough for me.

I have used this shampoo when I needed something for my dry scalp. I do not use it all the time, but I have used it enough to form a good opinion. I did find that my scalp felt moisturized and less dry after I used it. I noticed that I did not have as much dandruff as I was dealing with before I used it. I sometimes get a dry and sensitive scalp and this shampoo helped very much with that. The skin on my scalp felt more moisturized and definitely less itchy after using this product. The price for this product is very nice. It is a generic product for Head and Shoulders and my husband and I believe that it works just as well as the name brand. I can buy this Equate dandruff shampoo for considerably less and it has the same quality. The name brand dandruff shampoo is very expensive. I definitely notice less dandruff on my husband and on myself after using this type of shampoo, so it definitely works. Also, I like how it smells. It is not a feminine scent like a lot of shampoos made today. It is subtle, but gives my hair a nice scent that catches my attention and I like that. I would definitely recommend this shampoo to anyone with dandruff and who is tired of paying the expensive prices of the name brand product.

My son has mild dandruff and this shampoo works just as good as the name brand head and shoulders. It is a lot less expensive and does just as good a job as the more expensive dandruff shampoos. It is worth the money. It has a pleasant scent and does a good job cleaning your hair. It is also very hydrating with the added conditioner. It reduces the need for an extra step when washing your hair. This shampoo is good for all hair types, but especially good for dry hair because of the added conditioner. Effectiveness This shampoo works just as good as the name brand shampoo and costs a lot less. I have always been happy with the equate brand and this shampoo works great. It is very hydrating because of the added conditioner and does a good job of controlling dandruff. Scent The shampoo has a very pleasant scent. It is not too girly so it is good for both men and women to use. It has a very neutral scent that anyone can use.

I do get dandruff or an itchy head occassionally so I keep Equate Dandruff 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner on hand to use once in a while to prevent that from happening. Equate Dandruff 2 in 1 really keeps the flakes away plus my hair looks good. It prevents itchy dry scalp without making my hair look greasy or weighing it down. I like the fact that it also has conditioner in it so I don't have to use a separate conditioner. This helps save me money so this shampoo is definitely a good bargain. I don't use this shampoo everyday but I do use it about one to two times a week. The shampoo has a pleasant fragrance to it and doesn't smell medicine like. It works well at controlling dandruff without being overly expensive. My hair is easy to comb and manageable after I use this shampoo. It styles easily because the shampoo doesn't weigh down my hair. It has a nice shine to it too.

I am a huge fan of off brand beauty products and I was so happy to be using this shampoo as opposed to the more expensive name brand stuff. On every level, this met or surpassed the more expensive brand Effectiveness I have a flair up of dandruff every winter when my scalp and skin get so dried out. In past years I have purchased a name brand dandruff shampoo at a high cost. With my beauty budget being tight, I decided to try this Equate brand. I use many other off brand products so I was expecting a good result from this shampoo. I received everything I had hoped. In both smell, texture, and effectiveness, this was as good if not better than the leading name brand dandruff shampoo. Within two washings, my scalp felt less itchy and irritated. The flaking was cut down to almost nothing. My hair is color treated and I had no lasting effects from this shampoo. Scent This may seem strange, but I really like the medicinal smell of dandruff shampoo. This shampoo has exactly the same scent as the leading name brand dandruff shampoo.

I, personally, like this dandruff shampoo. The first time I tried it, I bought it for my husband. We had been buying the expensive dandruff shampoos for years and I simply decided to give this product a try. Well, was I surprised? Overall, I like it better than those expensive brand name dandruff shampoos. It lathers quickly and easily. There is not problem in rinsing it out. Effectiveness This product, to me, is just as effective as the name brand dandruff shampoos. After using this product, I could tell that the dandruff problem my husband always has and the sometimes dry scalp problem I have were both improved. The shampoo cleans effectively, but does not dry out the scalp nor make the hair brittle. Scent Although I'm not crazy about the scent of medicated shampoos, I have to say that this shampoo is an improvement over the lingering, medicinal scent of many of the name brand dandruff shampoos. The only reason I gave the product a 6 in this area is because that medicinal scent is still present. Just not as bad as other dandruff shampoos.
