I was given two jars of this product, a large jar and a smaller purse size one, my mom purchased them but found that they made her skin feel oily. I'm not exactly certain of her skin type, but I have dry/combination skin and it works great for me. I use this product twice a day as directed, in the morning and right before bed. I use it as my moisturizer, and it's almost an instant feeling of refreshment. It works great during the winter when my face gets exceptionally dry and it lasts all day. I keep the smaller jar in my purse if I need to reapply, which I seldom do, or if I stay at a friend's or travel. The jars are full of product which is a plus because these days it's hard to get anything but a pretty jar with "complimentary moisturizer." I love the scent as well. It smells clean, like a soapy smell -- most moisturizers have a bland lotion smell or a strong, perfume smell that can easily aggravate anyone's allergies. My husband says it has a light watermelon or kiwi smell and he is right it has a faint fruity smell, nothing that would interfere with any perfume but, for lack of a better description, like the a garden in the summer, when the canteloupes and watermelons are ripening. Another reason I love the product is it makes my skin really smooth. I have tried everything from baby lotion to vitamin E and my face has never been this smooth. It has a lightweight formula that doesn't weigh your skin down or clog your pores. I would highly recommend it to anyone to at least sample and see if it works for their skin.

I first tried the Estee Lauder Daywear Moisturizer when I went it for a purchase at Estee Lauder and they gave me some samples. This is a very nice moisturizer. I still have the sample as it lasts quite a long time and I would like to purchase the full size as I have been very happy with it. The texture is rich and creamy and absorbs well into the skin without leaving it all oily and greasy. The scent of the cream is spectacular! I am not sure how to describe it, but it is kind of like cucumber and melon mixed. Very nice, and the scent does not irritate the skin. I have oily skin and this cream has not made me break out or increase the oil on my skin. It leaves the skin feeling and smelling fresh and with a very hydrated feeling to it. Estee Lauder has a great line of products and this is just another one to add to their list! I will definitely purchase this cream in the future.

I really like this product. I still think that this product is a little bit expensive, but it is worth it. I am not that old but I am trying to prevent aging signs and I think that this product will help me do it. Estee Lauder says that this moisturizer helps defend against many signs of aging which I hope is true. I am not seeing any wrinkles so I'm just going to assume that it works! This product is very moisturizing and it doesn't clog my pores or make me significantly oily. It does not irritate my skin and my face doesn't break out. In addition, I also think that it smells very good. I got the one where you squeeze it out of the container. That makes it very easy for me to get it out of the container and apply it to my face. I wish the SPF was a little higher though so that I know that it was protecting my skin better. Overall, I would recommend this product to people who are looking for a high end moisturizer that is good for every day use.

Estee Lauder Daywear moisturizer is a perfect day cream and here is why . It has amazing ingredients , all kinds of extracts , if you read the list you will sincerely be amazed . Once i cleanse my skin and you use it on my skin it absorbs it instantly and it leaves a very fresh and soothing smell . I love it and i will very highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for the ideal day cream . It has a very light texture pluss the fact that it has SPF factor which means that you won't have to use a thick sunscreen every tim you are in the sun . One of the reasons why i buy Estee Lauder is because she doesn't do testing on animals unlike many other brands . I always take that into consideration .This is natural product with minimal chemicals and a lot of different extracts , you can get a sample at any estee lauder store and read about the components of this amazing day cream .It can be a little expensive but as i alwayas say don't put a price tag on your beauty and your health.

 I love my 1.7 ounce jar of Estee Lauder Daywear.  I have purchased 3 of these over a period of time.  I first tried it out with one of their samples, when I purchase my Estee purfume. Upon opening the jar, the first thing you will notice is the smell of cucumer, and the green color of the cream.  However, the cream is white and it is an illusion because of the green container.  The cream is nice and thick, and will actually peak, when you put your finger into it. **How does the cream feel?** I applied the cream to my face and neck area, making sure not to get it in my eyes.  It went into my skin really easily and my face felt full of moisture.  Looking in the mirror I had a slight glow to my face.  This moisture lasted all day, until I did my night-time beauty treatments.  **Estee Lauder say:** In addition to anti-oxidants, DayWear actually re-energizes skin's own defenses with White Birch and the exclusive new booster Eukarion." **Final thoughts.** The cream is thick and really penetrates my skin. I think it helped me with my last visit to England, as it protected my face from the harsh wind and rain. My face doesn't look any better, than when I first started using it, but my skin fells good and has moisture in it. I believe that Estee Lauder have made a product, that helps prevents me from getting anymore fine lines, or wrinkles, by keeping my skin full of moisture during the day.
