I was very disappointed with the Evenflo Journey Elite stroller. It is big and bulky. It folds up easily, but it still takes up a lot of trunk space. The tires are plastic and not very durable. When I bought this stroller, I hoped to be able to use this stroller with subsequent children, but it didn't make it past the first one. The tires began bulging even though I stopped using it a long time before she was even close to the maximum weight limit. It is compatible with the Evenflo infant car seats, but I did not have one to try out that feature. The basket, tray, pull down shade, and cup holders were nice features. It is very sturdy. The back can be lowered to a reclining position, but it does not lay all of the way flat. I am not a big fan of the available patterns and the stroller looks pretty dated. It is inexpensive, but there are other bargain priced strollers I would buy before buying this one. I would not recommend this stroller.

Our Evenflo Journey Elite Stroller Has Worked Like a Champ!

5

We received this stroller as a gift for a shower for our baby from my wife's work. It was really nice because it fit with our baby's car seat as well. This stroller is nice because folds down fairly easy. It also has a large storage space below for a diaper bag or when shopping. Our toddler still loves the seat now too. She knows it means we're going for a walk where she can just "enjoy the ride" instead of having to try to keep up with us walking. It has a handle for one handed manuvering. It also has a "gate" style front tray to allow our toddler to get out of the seat herself which can be good or bad at times! The strap "safety" belt has an easy to use button for one hand use to free the baby from them. Overall this has been a great stroller for our baby and will continue to be until she no longer wants to enjoy a ride instead of walking!

I have parts for an Evenflo Journey Elite Stroller

2

I have an Evenflo Journey Elite Stroller that is missing a front wheel. It popped off while placing the stroller in the car and was lost. Unfortunately, Evenflo has limited replacement parts and the front wheel is not available. So, I'm selling parts off my stroller to those in a similar situation...I have no need for a stroller with just 3 wheels and it's in perfect condition otherwise. The wheels seem to be the biggest issue for buyers of this stroller. Let me know if you need parts. E-mail me at pow_@msn.com thanks, Jennifer

Great stroller

We have 2 evenflo travel systems. We use one for use and one for my mom since she does all the babysitting. We have the aura system and the journey system. When we were looking for one for my mom space was an issue because she has a convertible and a jeep wrangler...so the seat wasn't an issue but the stroller was. We immediately like this one because its easy to open and close, folds flat, is lightweight, and stands alone when folded. It fits perfect in both her cars and my son loves it and a bonus hes just so darn cute in it of course I could just be partial thought.     Definately recommend. And we have no trouble with the wheels or anything. I think this issue appears because people just don't assemble the wheels properly.

This Evenflo Stroller is the Best!

3

My husband and I got this as a baby shower gift from his parents. It can with a matching carseat and we absolutely love it! The stroller is very easy to open and to close. It is very lightweight so I was able to pick it up and put it in my trunk with no problem. I had a c-section so I could lift heavy things for about 6 weeks so if I had a heavy stroller I would have been SOL. It is very easy to maneuver with both or one hand. The carseat fits in perfectly and is very secure. The basket underneath is very easy to get to and has room to hold anything you need it to. Another plus side is there are 2 cup holders and a little compartment with a lid to put your car keys. There are a few things I didn't like about this stroller and one of them being the seat doesn't lay flat. How is a child suppose to nap when they are at an angle. Another thing is the window on top of the shade covering, it is impossibly to just look down and be able to see your baby. You have to bend down to look in and see him/her. Overall this stroller is a plus in my books!

Haven't been impressed

I've owned this stroller for over two years now.  After testing it out in the store and trying some of the other floor models as well, we decided to go with the Evenflo Journey.  It has done well for us.  The seat reclines, there are cupholders in the parents' console, there's a small basket underneath the seat, and it folds up and fits in the trunk of our car.  The ride is smooth, the wheels lock in place rather effortlessly if you need to stop to do something and want to keep your child in one place.  There's a good quality shade to keep the sun off your child (from a frew angles, anyway) and a window to be able to look down on your child.   There is a nice bug shade that helps keeps bugs off of your children.  This has worked pretty well for us, but it is hard to keep the netting out of the way when not in use. The seat may recline, but good luck getting it unlocked and into the "down" position if your child happens to fall asleep upright.  It sticks for me every time and I end up waking my child up jostling her around enough to get it to work.  The "one handed steering" option is pointless.. the stroller + child is way too heavy to effectively steer with one hand.    The stroller collapses with one hand, but clumsily, and then good luck getting it into your car one handed. It is heavy!  This stroller has worked for us, but there's got to be a better option.

My Evenflo stroller is great for long walks and mall trips.

I've used this stroller for everything- walks with baby, trips to the mall, vacations, etc.  I love how it folds up easily into my car, steers one-handed, and has plenty of storage space underneath.  The wheels move easily, and it has seat adjustment features for napping children.  Simple to set-up and easy to use.  Works great for my busy family.

The evenflo Journey elite travel system seemed like the perfect stroller for me and my baby. At first it was all great NOW Im looking for a new stroller. Sometimes it gets stocked to open and close its heavy I've only used it for 3 months and its wheels  wobble a lot. The handle bar broke. I only used it on stores. Could imagine if I were to use it on the street???? Thank God I didn't.  Plusit takes a lot of space on mu trunk. But I have no problems with the carseat that came with it. The car-seat is great and comfortable
