I love this shampoo - my sister snagged me a free sample and then I was hooked. It makes my hair smell great, and leaves it clean and very soft and shiny, just as it promises. It is also very gentle and doesn't take much, so it lasts a very long time. Which is great since it is a little pricey even at big chain retail stores. But I don't hesitate to keep buying it since it works so well. The ingredients are pretty straightforward - a mixture of typical shampoo additives and lots of natural, healthy ingredients. I love the effect of the olive oil. I also use the same brand conditioner and occasionally use the glossing cream for styling purposes. Effectiveness My hair is always squeaky clean after use, and dries quickly into a soft and glossy sheen. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all. I usually let my hair air dry, which cuts down a little on the shine, but when I use my hair dryer and flat iron my hair is super glossy and easy to style. Scent The smell is fantastic! It smells clean and fresh and has no irritating fruity or flowery stuff.

This shampoo is great! I honestly don't have one complaint about the product itself. This shampoo will leave your hair feeling completely refreshed. I love using this shampoo because it's just like having hair from the salon. This shampoo left my hair feeling soft, smooth and it even added shine! At first I was worried about buying the glossing shampoo because I thought it might weigh my hair down, in fact it did the opposite. It gave my hair so much volume! I love the way this shampoo makes my hair feel. I also adore the scent. This shampoo smells so unbelievably amazing! The scent will last in your hair for days. The one problem I have with this shampoo is the price. It is definitely more expensive than other shampoos you can purchase but it's also so much better making it so worth the price. Effectiveness This is an extremely effective product that I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing shampoo. Scent The scent of this shampoo is amazing.

I love the feeling of my scalp after the shampoo is washed out because it feels clean and my hair is so soft after the wash. This shampoo is kind of boring for me. I'm a huge fan of the Fekkai line, my favourites including his shea butter line and color care line... But this one just didn't do it for me. If you want a shampoo that is going to have a clarifying feel on your hair and leave a nice shine, then this would be a pretty decent choice. But for me, that's all it seems to do . I like shampoo that dramatically improves my hair. This one doesn't seem to change my hair that much at all. The smell is very clean, with a touch of sweetness, which is nice, but it doesn't really linger on the hair too long, and for me, that is something that I like in a shampoo - I want anybody that gets close to be able to smell that my hair is clean and fresh. For a shampoo of this price, I would just expect it to do more. Don't get me wrong, it is a good shampoo. But you could probably get one at a way better price that gives you the same results.

I have received several free samples of the Fekkai Glossing collection and I eagerly await the day that more free samples are advertised! I will RUN to get them. I have thin, very fine hair that tends to the oily side. I can't go days between washing my hair. From one day to the next it's oily as can be at the roots. I blow dry my hair a few days a week and when I do, it usually looks and feels a little dry. I used the Fekkai Glossing Shampoo and Conditioner on a day that I blow-dried my hair and WOW what a great hair day that was! Usually, when I get a new shampoo/conditioner sample in the mail, I try it and my hair is basically the same as when I use any other shampoo/conditioner. But not with Fekkai. With Fekkai, I can actually see and feel a difference! My hair looks shiny and feels soft, not like straw after I dried it. It looks shiny but not oily, which is the real key--many conditioners add shine by adding oil. This smells great and feels great. I love this product. I only wish it weren't SO expensive. I can't justify paying for this at such an outrageous price, even though I do like the results.

I have never had a shampoo or conditioner blow me away before. I'm usually disappointed by a product's claims and have just gotten used to average results, thinking it's the "norm". Not anymore! **Fekkai Advanced Brilliant Glossing Shampoo** leaves my hair BRILLIANT and GLOSSY looking too! Effectiveness This shampoo is made with an olive oil shine release complex that is supposed to leave your hair shiny...and it does! It also cleaned my hair really well. Before I used the conditioner, my felt kind of straw-like, but the conditioner completely made that go away. Scent The scent of this shampoo doesn't WOW me like its performance does. It smells kind of herbal, botanical and clean. Not really my thing, but it doesn't necessarily smell bad.

I have used frédéric fekkai products several years ago but I recently decided to give them a try again. I decided to start with Frederic Fekkai Brilliant Glossing Shampoo! I love it! Before I started using it my hair was starting to get a little dry and dull from the winter air and now my hair is so shiny when I use this shampoo (I use the conditioner too). I really feel like after using both the shampoo and conditioner my hair is now easier to style and straiten. The shampoo lathers well and it rinses out well which ultimately means it does not weigh my fine hair down. I also really love that the smell it is light so it does not interfere with other fragrances, but I feel like it lasts thought-out the day, my husband can still smell it in the evening. My biggest complaint is the price, a little goes a long way but it is still a very expensive bottle of shampoo! You can occasionally find deals if you go on beauty websites that have coupon codes, but even on sale it is still pricy! I also wish that the glossing shampoo was made with natural ingredients like some of the other shampoos in the fekkai line.

I tried this shampoo because my hairdresser said that she really liked it and thought it would be good for my hair so I tried it and it was ok.  Not great but ok, I felt that I can find other products out there that cost less and get better results.  I have very thick wavy hair that frizzes easy and I was hoping for something that would give me lots of shine and manageability but I hardly noticed much shine and my hair wasn't even as soft as I thought it would be.  I thought for the price that this was going to be a top of the line product but I was very disappointed I had very high hopes for this product.  The smell was nice. I guess for someone who does not have very thick hair that it would make it very shiny and silky but my hair is so thick that it wasn't strong enough.  I did notice that they advertise that they use olive oil in it and I have tried other hair products that are made out of that and didn't get the results I thought I would from that either so that was kind of a red flag for me but I thought I would try it anyway.

I purchased this shampoo and accompanying conditioner based on rave reviews on the Internet and because I have noticed that my hair has become dull from blow drying (it's also not as shiny as it used to be when I was younger).  When I opened the bottle, I noticed how the scent reminded me of apples and it was a pretty pleasing scent.  Suprisingly, the shampoo lathered a lot better than I thought (you don't have to use much) and cleaned my hair without weighing it down. After using the conditioner, I noticed that my hair felt and looked healthier and shinier after just one use!  I would not recommend this product to anyone with very fine hair as it may weigh down your strands.

I got free samples of this product. Wasn't sure how it would work, but looked forward to trying it. I was totally amazed when I applied the shampoo that it had the scent of the original Herbel Esscence shampoo. I don't know how many of you remember the emerald green thick luxorious shampoo from way back when but that scent is one I have always missed. This product does not weigh the hair down. I didn't notice that it made a ton of difference with shine, and I was a little disapointed with the amount of lather this product produced, and it had a strange feel to it. But all in all I think that this will be in my line up of hair care products in the future just for the scent alone. It's definately worth a try just for that experience!
