We just purchased the GE Profile Microwave oven - and I love it!  The convection oven is fantastic - it cooks so quick!  The bake and roast functions are great too.  I have not had a lot of time to try all the different ways I can cook with this wonderful microwave oven - but, I look forward to using it for the Christmas dinners.  The light under the unit is so bright - what a difference from our old over-the-range microwave light!  The pizza I made the first day was so yummy - no soggy crust - really good and tasty!  I use the beverage setting every day and the water is just th perfect temperature for making my coffee.  I looks so good in our kitchen - now all the appliances match!  I love the stainless steel - and it cleans up so fast!  I use it everyday for snacks, meals and just about everything I cook.  It is so easy to use - the timer is great!  I am not sure what I did before I got this microwave and convection oven - the speedy way to cook!

My husband and I were skeptical when we where going to ad something to our new house 5 years ago we went to factory direct appliance and we seen to our eyes A GE Profile Microwave Stainless Steel with Convection built in. So we decided to go with it Has a nice bright light for under our smooth cook top oven. Has two filters at the bottom of the microwave that you can easily clean out with soap and water. Which also has a great Vent for venting a fan that takes  out steam above your stove. GE gives you a years guarantee and give you more warrantys If you buy them before they run out. Comes with a metal like tray for the convection. There are certain things you cannot use in the microwave those are some paper towels they have metal particles in them. Also no aluminum foil in oven either so If your going to bake that sweet potatoe pie your going to have to use the regular convection. The covection has a sensor so It doesn't over heat It will turn off make sure to unplug it If It does over heat. If you don't use the oven or open the door for so long the convection shuts off just a safety feature. Great product for kids they can set the convection for speedcook that and they don't have to preheat the oven It has speedcook settings say like snack i pick pizza rolls tells me It take it 5 min to cook good put it in the preheated convection on the metal rack good Im all set to go. Not wise to put metal pizza pans in this oven because It will die. 5 years running now hope to have the microwave/convection for a long time. Would recommend.

We researched microwave ovens of all brands, costs and features before choosing the GE Profile Convection/Microwave.  We felt that our choice was an informed one.  The features were extensive, as well as easy to follow, on the microwave, such as defrost, auto cooking and timed cooking.  The economic benefits of cooking with the convection oven result in less cooking time than a conventional oven and doesn't create the heat in the house.  The interior and exterior of the Profile is very easy to clean. I am very pleased with the choice and would definately recommend the GE Profile to my friends and family.

I hardly remember what life was like before my GE convection/microwave oven!  At first I was learly of purchasing one.  Not really sure if I would use it and whether I could justify the added expense.  My husband made the final decision to get it and I could not have been more wrong!  I LOVE IT!  With just the two of us living in our household I often use the convection function to cook our meals rather than heating up the large oven.  It accomdates all sorts of items such as casseroles, roasts, pizzas, etc.  And all without heating up my house which is a huge plus in the summer time.  When we have company for dinner it gives me an extra oven to use for items such as rolls while my main oven is occupied cooking other parts of dinner.  No longer have to deal with balancing two different things cooking at the same time that require different temperatures.  I thought that I might have a hard time adjusting to convection cooking but actually took the time to read up on it and found it to be quite simple.  Saving energy and shorter cooking times are a real plus!  I would highly recommend the GE convection/microwave oven.  I have been very pleased with the quality and we constantly receive compliments on the style of our GE appliances.
